Ugh, i have too many ideas. Aparently I like this kind of "vague" theme after all. I'm so sorry for posting this many ideas, I can't help myself. Are the mage spells considdered counters? Well, they definitely do counter something, but I'm uncertain if it's a direct enough counter. My personal favourites are Kick and Magic Addiction.
Ymiron Iceborn feels like a terrifying rng fest. I really don't like it.
Spell reflect is alright ish but not that interesting.
Magic Addiction is cool. But it is really niche. I am actually not sure it fits the rules.
Kick is great. Simple and everything. It might be my favorite, but it seems like a lot find it too close to Loatheb. Which i actually dont.
I therefore suggest to go with Arms Thievery , great flavor, decently balanced. And Its a new and original effect.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
Xukuu. Love the art. The effect is unique but due to it's complexity I'm having a hard time visualizing balance, so I'll leave that to someone else.
I assume that's me. The old one (Exarch) or new one (Gorefiend?)
As for your card, way too specific as a class card. It just seems weird that a class card has anti-tribe disruptions. This could work as an "and" effect on a neutral minion tho. But then it kinda competes with Crawler.
My apologies on the misspelling, and I was looking at Gorefiend, my bad for not specifying. Thanks for the feedback on mine, I never considered that but it's a good point. Do you think making it an "and" effect on a shaman card would be more fitting, or should I do a neutral minion, cut the pirate part and find some other way to counter a tribe with murlocs?
I went through my fan card folder to see if there were cards. Turns out I have 22 of them! But I have to show only the best three of them so here we go:
Shark Attack - Counter to the two "water" tribes. I hesitate between making it summon a token and simply destroying the minion. I feel like the current token summon option might be too OP.
Coalfeather Owl - Right now there are no cards that can counter a deathrattle on a weapon (Death's Bite, etc...), this card would. Flavor obviously inspired by Ironbeak Owl.
Soul Steal - "That's a nice Sylvanas you have here opponent" I orginally wanted to call the card "Deathbed Conversion" and put a picture of Arthas dying in the hand of his father's ghost as in the ICC cinematic, but I did not find an art of it...
If none of those appeal to you, I have more in store (NOTE: Some of them do not actually fit the rules because I posted them before Shadow's confirmation) and would showcase 3 more later.
The owl is in standard just a worse Ooze. I really dont like that. The weapon silence is extremely niche, and affects like 3 weapons?
Shark Attack is kinda likewise , its cool. But why would you play this over any other secret? This only works against 3/4 decks.
Soul Steal is pretty cool. I would have mashed the upvote button had you found a Lich King deathbed art piece. But i still find it to be your best card.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
And I sew where he comes from when he says that. Ideally, you want to use this on a large, threatening minion and most large minions that ever see play are Legendaries so you can only have 1 copy in your deck.
Wow! That's super interesting! Here's my next idea:
I absolutely love the flavour. Unfortunately, Mechs are rarely seen, even in wild, so the chance of using this against your opponent is low. But the reward usually isn't good enough to use it on one of your own minions.
Kick (Lathy) - Maybe others will find it simple, but I like it a whole lot. Captures the spirit of the WoW spell perfectly. It’s my favorite even if it doesn’t turn out to be a crowd pleaser.
Spell Reflect (Lathy) – If you don’t want to take Kick, I would use this card.
Dreadhound (YoThats) - I prefer the first. Super situational, but otherwise I think it’s on point.
Intimidating Shout (ThisOtherGuyTox) – I think it’s my favorite. Clean and simple, but just the right flavor.
Shark Attack (CheeseEtc) – More sharks in Hearthstone, please.
Teron Gorefiend (Zukuu) – Really strong, but also really fair, I think.
Tourist Trap (AngryChicken) – Wouldn’t see play, but as mentioned everything else about it is terrific.
Gorilla Fighter (ScubaHelm) – It’s holding . . . dynamite? Otherwise, I like it.
Cards I would Upvote with Changes
Reflectus (Vilegloom) – I like the flavor, but I think it’s too expensive to be impactful.
Frost Control Tech – Like the card, don’t think it qualifies.
Mint Baron (Snorlax) - I’d increase its cost to (3) just because your opponent can’t interact with it as easily as something like Cutpurse, for instance.
Elder Tortollan – Text and stats are OK, but I personally don’t know why it has to be a turtle. I think it’s “Tortollan,” too, btw.
Robot Recycler (RazorofArtorias) – I’d probably vote for this as-is, but I personally think the flavor would be better if the Spare Part went to your opponent.
My cards for this competition (As always, I'm happy to exchange feedback)
Notes on Soul Scepter: If I understand the "take control" mechanic, the deathrattles should trigger when the weapon breaks. Also, with a minion like Weasel Tunneler, no deathrattle would trigger. Also also, I used Deathrattles (plural)to account for things like playing Infest on a Savannah Highmane.
Although I like flavour and balance of my first card, I think it's far too boring to get voted. So, I've come up with a twist on a card that I submitted in an earlier competition. There's some problems with it though. It's a bit pricey when using it in your own murloc deck, but make is cost less and it's even more of an autowin against other murloc decks, which is not what I think any card should do. This could be fixed by making it only affect yourself, but that does not fit the rules of this competition. What do you guys think? Is the price right? Wording is based off of DOOM!
Just noticed the capitalization error. Will fix that later if I end up submitting.
Edit: also the "add add" will be fixed. So many errors haha. Also will split it into two sentences.
Maybe an Spare Part for the owner of the Mech? Or one for each player? Or maybe this v2 is better?
I think because you are destroying a minion, you need to just give your opponent the Spare card. To be able to remove a high value card at only 2 mana, you will have a huge swing in your favour, so having that extra part would be too good.
Think about what happened to Big Game Hunter. The reason that was nerfed was because players could remove a powerful minion (Dr. Boom...) and then follow up with a big minion of their own.
So I would have to agree with kegstandgoldmedal on the point that you should just give the opponent the spare part because the card is powerful without having that extra part. Now I have had a few more ideas, so I will place them below (First idea was from earlier). Please tell me what you think of the designs.

But Golakka Crawler gains +1/+1 destroying a Pirate and Hungry Crab +2/+2 destroing a Murloc. If the opponent gets the Spare Part this card is worse that those ones.
May not seem very exciting at first since so few people actually play stealth minions, however, it can target friendly minions which have no need for stealth if they are about to attack. Letting you curve into yet another stealth minion offensively, or taking the rare stealth away from your opponent defensively.
Would you vote for this card? I know stealth its self is a pretty boring card text, and this card is nothing ground breaking. I also think this card would be better in Druid, but the flavor felt right for Rogue.
I like the idea but it is not really a counter. I would vote if in another competition.
Yeah, sorry for being unclear - I think the Spare Part should go to whoever owns the destroyed Mech. I just like the idea of "I dismantled your Foe Reaper 4000, but you can have a Rusty Horn in return."
I really like Soul Scepter, pretty original. But I don't know if people would like a weapon por Kabal classes. Deathrattle is an strong Hunter mechanic so maybe you can rename it and change the art as a Hunter weapon.

I originally wrote a reply saying that the card would be crap that way, but the more I think of it, the more I agree. Most often you'll be removing Piloted Shredder, Antique Healbot, The Curator, and Sneed's Old Shredder. You're not going to use this against a Boom Bot. Maybe an occasional Shielded Minibot. However, how often do you think, "man, I wish I could tech against those pesky mechs"? Yeah, maybe during the mech mage era, but those times are long gone. Look at other tech cards. They all receive a benefit for you when they land. (Hungry Crab, Golakka Crawler, Eater of Secrets). I know some people don't like this design, but it's what exists in game nevertheless. A point against this idea is that Murlocs, Pirates, and Secrets are generally smaller and cheaper than mechs, and are not as much of a tempo swing when destroyed. I think a good wording for the card would be to say:
Battlecry: Destroy a mech. Add a spare part to its owner's hand.
This way it's not completely useless vs decks that don't run mechs. Maybe it could be used on your own Boom Bot. Is this really worth the extra complexity though? I'm not sure.
It's a new card type - Blocker. Blockers do not take deck space and only one type of blocker can be played(2 copies if not Legendary). They are added to your hand when the game starts,
How do Blockers work?
You may have noticed that Blockers do not have a mana cost. This means, they cannot be played on your turn. They can be only summoned on your opponent's turn. Initially the Blocker is faded out when it is not active. To activate the blocker, just click on the Blocker in your hand, then it becomes colored to show that it's active. When the Blocker is active then whenever the condition on Blocker's card text is met, the Blocker is summoned and the corresponding effect takes place. If the blocker survives, then it can be interacted like Normal minions. However, it cannot be evolved or devolved because it has no Mana Cost. Also, Blocker takes a space in your hand. So, you can still have a maximum of 10 cards including Blockers.
I would like to do a cycle on Blockers, creating 2-3 more Blockers to clearly show the design. Is this allowed? Does it fit the rules?
Feedback is highly appreciated. I will also return the favor.
Honestly not a fan of this card. Its an all class upgrade to Spellbender that your opponent has no way of playing around. The opponent has no way of knowing this card is in your hand, leading to tons of frustration. Put this in an aggro deck, and suddenly control decks will never beat aggro.
Thanks for the feedback.
Now about your card Double Agent: I think it is a good card and seems balanced. It's got good stats so it can be played even when the ability does not trigger. But I think your card does not work as intended because Stealthed minions cannot be targeted. Make it "remove stealth from a random stealthed minion.." But the card is not that interesting to get many votes.
Now I have had a few more ideas, so I will place them below (First idea was from earlier). Please tell me what you think of the designs.
Dragon Hunter would be my favorite of the bunch. I like the concept but think you could still tinker with the "counters Dragons" mechanic. Basically, I think it's too slow for the big dragons and slightly overkill for the smaller ones.
I get the idea behind Cage Trap, but I think it would be very frustrating (in a bad way) to play against.
I don't think Crippling Poison qualifies. It's not really countering anything, just applying a stat debuff to whatever you attack.
Maybe an Spare Part for the owner of the Mech? Or one for each player? Or maybe this v2 is better?

New idea. Warlock or Paladin? 6 or 7 mana? With this wording the spell destroys even your copies of that minion for flavor purposes.
Extra, as a dual card.
