So I came up with a really cool idea for a card. It would be a lot like Renounce Darkness or Explore Un Goro in that it would be not competitive and it would mainly just be for fun. It would work similarly that you spend early tempo to get a lot of value later in the game and it would make it so every game would be unique. You'd run it in a deck with mainly garbage "vanilla" cards like Chillwind Yeti and River Crocolisk, and Wisp and like it says, you'll get random abilities and text added to all of your cards. You could get anything from "restore 6 life to your hero" to "deal 2 damage to all minions" to "discard 2 cards" to "every time you cast a spell, add a Fireball to your hand" whether it be battlecries, deathrattles, "at the end of your turn" effects, you name it. You can get any text on any card as long as it's written on another card. No new abilities, just existing ones.
How random would these abilities be? Or in other words: How much time would Blizzard want to put in into this not-viable card? Why not just use cards with effects that combine together well? Why not just make something equally fun and way simpler to code?

theyre not new abilties. Your cards keep their stats but will get any minion in the game's text given to them. Like you could have a yeti, and get the Loot Hoarder's text put on it. It would only be the text from 1 random card.
This is an incredibly unique and fun card which would be great to mess around with, while i do of course question it's viability since you might not draw this is could be really fun to have a Murloc Tinyfin destroy all other minions and discard your hand. Unfortunatly though i can't see this card coming to Hearthstone since it's a very confusing and complicated and without a doubt very random effect. Also looking at the example i stated earlier. In that way it's even worse than Yogg which was controversial to say the least. However again really fun card with a very unique design although for the reasons i stated earlier might not be healthy for HS. Good job regardless though.
I would actually like this a lot better if it did the same thing, except it copied random effects from your deck instead of assigning totally random ones. It lets you plan a little better. Or maybe even "discover an effect from a card in your deck. Assign it to all textless cards"
