Yeah, I'm not sure if I'd have made it if not for today, but I think I would have. I also ended up upvoting and unvoting a bunch of people so that I got in towards the end, which had the side effect of getting all of the other people with the same score as me in as well, which is cool I guess.
Well that's it, I guess. If there are any new expansion competitions in the future you can expect to see more of the same from me (i.e. failure). That said, is there any rule against using material for a future competition that you used in this one?

I don't think so. A lot of people re-use cards. I've re-used quite a few of my own and I don't think that's ever been a problem. It's probably ok as long as you don't reuse LOADS of them.

No, there's no rule against it. Most winners/Finalists of these big competitions have done it. I used a Worgen card for a WCDC. SneakyRaptor used lots of his WCDC ideas in his winning adventure. Asylum re-used cards, and he was a mod, so it's okay.

Why didn't you submit your entry this phase? It's quite weird that only 3/4 of the qualified participants submitted this phase.

I'm super busy right now and haven't had any time to work on it. I never came up with more than 4 cards for my expansion.
