Your card must offer a chance to choose between 3 options. They can either be unique tokens (like Arch-Thief Rafaam) or selections from cards already in the game (like Curious Glimmerroot).
For this competition, your card may only produce three (3) unique tokens. This means cards like Kazakus are not allowed.
Note that these choices are not limited to cards! Sir Finley Mrrgglton is perfectly legal as well, as he gives three options.

I love Exploring the Jungle. However it doesn't fit the rules (or at least, my interpretation of them) and uses art from Explore Un'Goro. For that, I won't vote for it.
I really like Sporelord Noctis for its originality, and Show Mercy for forcing your opponent to adapt your minions. The other cards I'm voting for are Metamorphosis (Evolve Shaman need this) and Presumption of Guilt (great Warlock card although I don't love the name). Most of the others I find bland or OP. But we'll see if anyone's arguments can sway me ;)
Vindicator Marrad: By far the best card design this week, but it might be a little too strong. Nevertheless a buildaround, simple but exicting card.
Battlefront Grunt Although i liked Dorothee more Lathy, then this is also a strong contender. Such a versatile card, although your opponent know you have drawn it. Since you enter the Discover mode.
Menagerie: The name should have been changed, but it is just so simple, yet original.

How do you not find Presumtion of Guilt overpowered?
First time in the finals! Woo! Good luck everyone. I think the theme was great this week and lent itself to a lot of good creative ideas. I have to say my favorites are:
Relic Inspector - Just so zany, I love it. Like Hearthstone + photohunt. Show Mercy - Good balance, could force some heard choices. Sporelord Noctus - Love this as a druid card. Been playing a lot of Jungle druid, and this would be so helpful. Doesn't really break egg druid either.

Because of the discard. Yes Warlock has some decent synergy with discard, but most of the time it's worse than Arcane Intellect. And a card like this may be enough to make Quest Discolock reliable enough to be played, which I am all for.

Unless you're playing Fatique nor Attrition Warlock (And why the hell would you do that), then there is litterally no situation where this is worse than Arcane Intellect.
The odds of getting what you need for the situation is 50% higher, and discarding the bad draws from your deck is an amazing thing. The Discard synergy is just simply over the edge.
Thinning your deck is a great thing. And removing the bad draws from your deck greatly increases the consitency of the deck.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
This week I'll be voting for my own card, Metamorphosis, and Show Mercy.
I was concerned the finals page would be flooded with tokens so I'm glad we avoided that. (= Overall, very happy with nearly all of the finalists. Only card I actually dislike is Exploring the Jungle and I only dislike it because it does not follow the rules this week as I understand them.
Easy week. Vindicator Maraad is such a simple, yet interesting design, it deserves all the votes. I knew it would probably win the moment I first saw it. It's just very clever and perfectly fits this week's rule.
Apart from my own Sleight of Hand, my favourites this week are Loatheb, the Plague, Show Mercy and Vindicator Maraad for each doing something really interesting yet different with the theme. Relic Inspector is almost there, but I can't ignore how absolutely bonkers the effect is. It's essentially 6 mana 5/4 Add two random cards to your hand for anyone whose played the game for any length of time.
I'd also really like Merlock Holmrmrglmr if they hadn't just butchered that name for the joke.
Blood Prince Best Options, per class(Top 3)(Wild Mode, cuz lolz).
Druid: Wrath, Mark of the Wild, Mark of Y'Shaarj
Hunter: Quick Shot, Grievous Bite, Freezing/Explosive Trap(these two tie for me)
Mage: Frostbolt, Flamecannon, Primordial Glyph
Paladin: Equality, Light in the Darkness, Holy Light
Priest: Shadow Word Pain, Shadow Visions, Mind Blast
Rogue: Sap, Eviscerate, Betrayal
Shaman: Maelstrom Portal, Crackle, Devolve
Warlock: Darkbomb, Demonfire, Bloodbloom
Warrior: Execute, Slam, Cleave
Note: Many of the two mana spells are good for this card, the only bad ones are Renounce Darkness and Explore Un'goro, everything else could easily work.
"Loatheb, the Plague" by Schukala: I dig this card! I like reimagined versions of existing legendaries, and this is a neat effect. Overall, I'm guessing you'd probably get wrecked for playing this, but it has some potential. Its the kind of card that asks "How do I make this useful?"
"Sporelord Noctus" by FallenPiano: Not digging this. In one of the designer's insight videos, they discuss how Adapt was narrowed to things that only directly affect the minion. I'm sure these options were considered during the design and ignored in favor of others. Beyond that, you need to draw this early to get value. How many adapts will your deck really have left after you play this? Also strikes me as potentially broken with Galvadon gaining +10 spell damage? Probably not worth worying about though.
"Merlock Holmrmrglmr" by RazorOfArtorius: This is kind of a neat idea. I'm guessing it'd work best in a deck with a board clear, like Flamestrike or Primordial Drake, the objective being that you kill multiple minions with one card, to increase the likliehood one of it's "victims" winds up in the 3 options. I don't really know this needs to be a Murloc Meme Pun, but whatever. I've seen this art used a few times, this is probably the best mechanic that's been paired with it.
"Metamorphosis" by ihascorm: I like this flavor. Neat variation on all the evolve/devolve and reincarnation stuff happening in Shaman. But would you really run this over Evolve? I don't know if a deck has room for both, but it might! I think this would be a good card for standard after Evolve rotates out.
"Battlefront Grunt" by Lathy: I think this would be a better card if it's stats were a bit lower. If the battlecry were random, I could see it having premium stats, but with a Discover it's too much. I'd also rather see it as a neutral and see how different classes could make use of this effect.
"The Blood Prince" by GuitarLord25: This is too good. Hero Powers should be similar in value to 0 mana card effects. Beyond that, many classes have very few 2 cost spells. Paladin only has 3 in standard. Consider all the broken spells you could get: Sap, Frostbolt, Primordial Glyph, Shadow Visions, Freezing Trap, Snipe, Holy Light, Devolve, Eviscerate. In most cases you have an extremely good chance to get the spell you want, in Standard anyway. There was a much better version of this card on /r/customhearthstone lately, that replaced the hunter hero power with a 1 cost hunter spell.
"Show Mercy" by Livienna: I'm not sure about this balance. It'd probably be better as a 2 cost hunter secret, though it'd need new flavor. Secrets are tricky like that. Beyond the cost, I'm kind of against a card that forces your opponent to choose something good for your minions. Sure this can be balanced, but is this kind of effect actually fun to play with?
"Vindicator Maraad" by Toble: Seems like a neat variation on Bright-Eyed Scout and Naga Sea Witch. I imagine it'd probably just get used in somekind of Stonetusk Boar OTK deck. But it'd be a neat card to get in Arena.
"Presumption of Guilt" by nobravery: Balanced and interesting, but I'm not feeling the art or flavor. Lots of love for Discard Warlock lately, I can feel the desire on this forum to make Lakkari Sacrifice worth playing! Still, how often do you see Warlocks running card draw? Even Zoolock (which runs out of cards) and handlock (which needs those discounted giants) just relies on it's Hero Power. I could see Handlock maybe running this, maybe, but that kind of deck doesn't want to discard. Renolock certainly doesn't want this.
"John Doe" by ThisOtherGuyTox: I like this. Simple and decent. Good for Arena.
"The Great Heist" by TheProgenitor: Hell no. The last thing I want to is to get high-rolled on a Random Timewarp from a rogue. This seems to fly in the face of deck-building and learning the meta. Beyond that, it's probably pretty bad. The only quest reward I can actually imagine wanting as a rogue would be the Rogue Quest or Timewarp or maybe Sulfuras. And the probabilities of being offered 3 of 9 rewards is too high, considering we're reducing the difficulty of acquiring those rewards. This whole concept is just wrong.
"Potion of Sacrifice" by YJHS2000: I kind of like this, interesting variation on Corrupting Mist. It's the kind of thing we might see after that rotates out. I'd reflavor this differently though, the potion thing doesn't feel right. I'd have flavor it as a demon ritual, the sacrifice being made to a demon.
"Lost Treasure" by Orak_unluck: Broken for Miracle Rogue. This should cost 2 mana at least.
"Menagerie" by Alex117: This isn't a very good card, but it's something that I believe could have been included in Karazhan. Designing mediocre cards shouldn't be frowned on.
"Relic Inspector" by Soulbattle: I'm not really liking the effect. Curious Glimmeroot at least challenges your knowledge of the meta and rewards opponents with unusual tech choices. In Arena, Glimmeroot REALLY challenges your knowledge of the meta. This card is easily solved by a deck-tracker or similar program. I kind of like the idea of the card flavor, of rooting out the forgery, but the mechanic falls short of the flavor.
"Sleight of Hand" by ShadowsOfSense: Eh... I don't know that I'd run this over a Loot Hoarder. Does Rogue really need more draw? Most draw heavy decks are combo decks that don't want to risk loosing key pieces.
"Exploring the Jungle" by zhongqy1996: I'm going to reiterate Cheese's opinion. This doesn't qualify for the competition rules. Kind of disappointed to see it get a wild card. Beyond that, it's just way under-costed. Sprint is 7 mana. 3 card draw and a muligan should be more like 8 or 9 mana, maybe even 10. I'd still rather run Far Sight or Ancestral Knowledge. To reiterate, I'm really not impressed that this received a Wild Card, there were better cards to give a Wild Card this week, balanced cards and cards that followed the competition rules closer.
My favorite: Metamorphosis Also voting for: Loatheb the Plague, Sherlock Holmrmgmglr, John Doe, Potion of Sacrifice, Menagerie

Congrats. I think your card is cool too, but you should have kept the original name (Pick your Poison), because it gives it that certain je ne sais quoi

i like murloc holmes
Vvreeeew.
There must be something I'm missing, but isn't vindicator Maraad incredibly overpowered? Turn 6 Y'shaarj, deathwing, ysera and whatnot...
Card review time!
My favorite: Metamorphosis
Also voting for: Loatheb the Plague, Sherlock Holmrmgmglr, John Doe, Potion of Sacrifice, Menagerie
My votes go to
Metamorphosis, because i gotta plug my own card
Merlock Holmrmrglmr, because it is an interesting idea that hasn't yet been explored, plus good flavor.
