Spirit Elemental: This card doesn't really fit in with the archetype Mage is currently or what you are trying to push. The only minion worth using this effect on is Archmage Antonidas. I can see this card seeing in Wild Value / Reno decks but even then this card is too risky to include out of fear of missing out a good Battlecry.
Playing With Mana: A good and well thoughout Quest, but I think the result need to lose the randomness to make it worth playing. Yes, Fire Plume's Heart's effect is random too but it gave a Weapon and Hero Power right away without needing to draw and end the game very quickly.
Neurotoxin Soldier: I really don't like this card. It's a worse and boring version of Holy Champion - a card which already doesn't see play in Priest. Maybe change it to +2 Health? +1/1? I don't know, it need something.
Overall, I feel like your set would really benefit from a strong Neutral healing option. Standard rotation took out Reno Jackson and Refreshment Vendor, which mean the only neutral healing worth running is Mistress of Mixtures and Un'Goro has many strong Taunt option, so I don't think that niche needs to be filled yet.

I won´t change Sapphiron, its kinda a mix of Sulfuras and Queen Carnassa, they shamble some value options, while keeping your drawing, and remember that mage has tons of drawing like Arcane Intellect, and things to thin the deck like Arcanologist, increasing the chance of drawing them, could make an archetype with Coldlight Oracle to thin your deck and end your opponent quicker.

It's fine if you don't want to modify Sapphiron but atleast buff Cold Breath to remove the random target since it is so weak as a reward.
Still, the fact that it can draw a key card and waste a Battlecry is a big no-no against Spirit Elemental. Mage don't have strong Deathrattle option or ongoing effect that they want to run alot.

Neurotoxin Soldier: Stats changed from 3/5 to 4/7, increased cost to (5), now reads: At the start of your turn, give to all friendly minions +2 Health and deal 2 damage to them.
Spirit Elemental: Increased cost by (1), now reads: Battlecry: If the next card in your deck is a minion, reduce its cost by (2), otherwise draw a card.
And added a Neutral Legendary that some of you guys will recognize! (Possibly feedback needed for flavour)
The art in the shaman legendary was made for a natgeo mythology book by Genzoman a chilean artist from the Myths and Legends TCG (Mitos y Leyendas).
Some of their artist also worked on the original World of Warcraft TCG, and one of them, Mauricio Herrea, still do artwork for blizzard in some hearthstone cards like Stormcrack and Envenom Weapon.
I like the expansion, though i kind of dislike the theme, the cards are good however i think you should have a theme you want to push for with every class. You migt but it should be a little more obvious since if you're pushing for a theme there are only 1 or 2 cards pushing it from what i've seen. You're thread has a great layout where you can easily see all the cards though which is something alot of threads don't have. I'd say it's a pretty cool expansion overall though i'm not entirely convinced about the Keyword. Keep it up though!
I tried to make a theme for every class, especially for the Quest and Legendaries, for example, the most obvious one is tha Paladin one, is triyng to push the Silver Hand Archetype, possibly you should name them so I can give more work/time to those! And with balance too! If I make a card unbalanced, I completely try to fix it, commonly trying to not touch the main theme, like what happened with Spirit Elemental, it was a bit different before.
However, for example, with Druid, I'm pushing the theme of swarming and Ramping big minions, wich is already seen but to see it more, and a bit of wild cards that fit into both, like Swamp Creature, you push the ramping on swarm decks and also fits into ramping decks, destroying a bit of early to get more the latter.
Nice cards, I will take the idea of a bunch of your card, because I decided to push Warlock into the self damage, and Hunter into poison, so if in my expansion you find the same cards, don't worry.
PS: you use Aroon in a card, it's one of my favorite Pokémon :D.
Well, guys, I know this thread still goes back and so forth, but I got a pretty harsh test margin, and also, I went very hyped when I reached the finals at the 5.19 Card Competition.
This is NOT abandoned, just suspended for a while.

Nice job so far, the new legendary is good.
The rework of the cards is a nice touch, is very rare to have a Fan Made expansion creator who rework the cards.
I'm working on my expansion too and I made my first legendary a few hours ago.
