"This particular hour in Un'Goro sets the mood for Worgens." The end of the turn you cast this marks the first turn. Any succeeding cast of this card doesn't double the effect but rather extends the duration of the spell. During this "phase" your hero power is also merged into a new one.
The Worgen class is lorewise a master of strategies, and it's no surprise that the Worgen class is mostly focused around control. This card basically gives Worgen more control on the board, by combining the stats of a 4-drop and the effect of Powershot. However, it's only useful for you if you are in Worgen form, as in Human form, it's just an overcosted 4-drop. But the effect is very useful, as it can work in a way to get rid of low health minions, or enraging your minions.
Among the myriad of new flora found in Un'goro, the Worgen Expedition Team was unfortunate enough to run into this deadly little plant, which weakened those who neared and seemed especially potent to their Worgen forms. Tread carefully - or just grab a handful and use it as a boardclear, whichever.
Mark Blazz, a worgen who has had all his family killed by other worgens. He has decided that while the other worgens are distracted on their expedition that he will be able to exterminate them all.
The idea is, that the expedition is there to find a cure - or at least part of the expedition. This card helps with the Quest nurgling has created, though only partly. The Gilnean Cureseeker is seeking the final cure and therefore the Human effects trigger more times, as he "might" be successful. The wording "(1) more time" is used instead of "twice" cause I wanted you to be able to play two of these and trigger it 3 times. That's also the reason I've made it 5 a mana minion as I didn't wnat to make it too easy.
Oh, so the witch said I'd never be human again, she meant I'd never be human again!
But wamts! You can't make the Hero Power become a free coin every turn! Sure I can, casting two copies of this card wouldn't happen before turn 8 at the earliest. And after the first cast, you're limiting options from yourself by using this card for minor convenience.
"For others, conserving nature is altruistic. She's only conserving the jungle to hunt in it."
There are a few ideas behind this card!
Firstly, I wanted to make a card that had Human and Worgen effects trigger at different times, allowing the player to use the effects strategically and giving their opponent room for counterplay. Most of the cards I've seen offer versatility but both trigger at the same point, which made the mechanic feel a bit more like a complicated choose-one on active effects. I think this route is neat because interactive gameplay is always cool.
Secondly, rather than directly build a card around the quest, I wanted to create a card that would be usable in all worgen decks, but tune it so that it could be used in the quest deck too. In this case, the card specifically benefits Human quest decks, as it can eek out extra value against aggro early on by giving you more board presence, and it synergies well with the minion-focused Human effects. It also threatens decks and forces them to at least trade with or remove your Jungle Conservator, or risk losing any big minions (Such as Flamewreathed Faceless or a buffed up Scavenging Hyena) to Poisonous plants next turn.
No idea if she'd give Poisonous to plants summoned by adapt or not. A solid maybe?
Edit: Fixed the ungoro watermark being missing, my bad.
Edit: Also to clarify, the plant tokens would be class minions. This means they also benefit from the class minion effects.
Edit: Separated the card text into two lines, to better distinguish the play effect from the aura.

This helps decide if you want an aggressive beast or a defensive beast, going with the style of the Worgen hero power.
Flavour text: You must respect the beast for what it is, or not and just charge right in.

Note: You adapt it before dealing damage.
