I'm not sure how this would all fit into the UI, but the idea is really cool. It's hard to judge the balance of the card, but it seems like it'd be almost the same as Jaraxxus, but is more defensive? Unlike Jaraxxus, the new Hero Power isn't so much a threat, but just a way to defend yourself. It does put your opponent on a clock though with Fire's Hero Power. The Lightning Storm on 5-mana is strong, but it costs a lot of mana, and you won't really be able to play much else with it, so I think it's fair. I think the most interesting part of this card is how different each Hero works, and it makes your opponent decide which Hero is more of a threat.
One gripe I have with the card is the flavor. Monks do have the ability to separate into the 3 elemental forms you have here, but it's only the Windwalker Monks who can do so, not the Brewmaster Monks, which is what you have the minion as. And for a Legendary, I think the card should have a proper name. The first Windwalker that comes to mind is Ji Firepaw, but I'm sure there are others.
But yeah, it doesn't seem OP, but it doesn't seem weak either. It's a really unique card lol.
Question though: Does Earthen Core protect only Earth, or will it also protect Storm and Fire while Earth is alive?
As I was creating this card, dozens of card interactions sprung to mind with certain what if situations like "what will happen if I play Malkorok? Alexstrasza and numerous others. Will probably add "rules" regarding different limitations later. Earthen Core only applies to Earth.
it's cool but when combined with giving your hero attack it's op
I guess hero attack buffs and equipping weapons only selects one at random and can only attack once. Man, there are many weird interactions with this card that I can't enumerate them all but I guess it would be better if it would be treated like it still counts as one hero.
So how do you imagine this interacting with the UI?
not exactly sure about that one too but I guess they could make it so that it only takes the same space as other "solo portrait" heroes while being able to squeeze in all 3 spirits along their hero powers.

I think that it would end up being something similar to discover for the hero. So when you attack the hero all three show as if discovering and you choose the one you hit. The hero portrait would be the portrait of the initial legendary and only split when attacked or scrolled over in the same manner as I mentioned or potentially just them squeezed into one portrait with the same mechanic. The hero power could be all three emblems in a swirl. Since only one power is non passive it would still function normally. As each hero died it could simply remove the corresponding element from the hero power emblem. As for weapons. I don't think that's an issue. You would get one copy of the weapon same as always but you choose whichhero is damaged when attacking. Alexstraza, Reno, etc would work with the same discover/choose one mechanic. Other replace your hero cards might be tricky unless you simply replace all three in that situation. Those are my thoughts on the u.i. I think you should send this card to value town and hear their thoughts. I would love to see it on the show.
Here's a new card I created that I think would be a first in HS.
And the three Spirits:

I think this would be the strongest in Priest, because of the new Quest card, Awaken the Makers/Amara, Warden of Hope.

That card looks like something Blizzard would do...create more random play. Nice job.
