Who doesn't want to order your pet dragon to breathe fire over your enemies? A card that is useless on it's own, it's above the power curve as a result and is an "unfair" card that would provide incentive to try to make a Dragon Paladin deck work.
Flavor:Even Masters of Time have to finish their turns in 75 seconds.
A side plot has developed in Whispers of the Old Gods! Apparently Nozdormu and the Bronze Dragonflight are trying to finish off his corrupted copy Murozond, but he keeps getting away!
A great minion to play in Dragon decks. This allows you to make up for lost turns where you don't want to lose great abilities from minions with Dragon synergy when you don't actually have any dragons in your hand. By killing and triggering Nozdormu's deathrattle (whether by trading yourself or getting your opponent to kill it), it will add Murozond, a Dragon, to your hand! Now that previously dead hand with Blackwing Technician and Netherspite Historian can be played at their full potential without missing a beat!
And Murozond is also useful. Kill him while having a dragon in your hand and now you have Nozdormu back! a 3 mana 3/4 is still a great play for Paladin and doesn't cut into your mana too much. And of course you can play him to help get another Murozond into your hand. A conditionally infinite minion that is cheap and doesn't compensate with bad stats? Incredible!
It also has great N'zoth synergy. Pally has good deathrattle cards in class already, so it could even make N'zoth Dragon Pally possible! And it complements Netherspite Historian perfectly! Once you get Murozond to your hand, you can play him after playing Netherspite for a dragon, and voila, you've now added the condition to get your Nozdormu back!
The possibilities with this card is extremely vast, and it extends even beyond the reach of just Dragon Pally!
Paladins riding Dragons! Comparable to Beneath the Grounds in terms of value of time. If you play two then you'll summon 2 tokens. Don't worry though, there is more then enough room on Deathwing.
All other minions are removed from the board (deathrattles do not trigger).
Both decks are reset and reshuffled.
Both Heroes get to mulligan again.
Your opponent gets to play next turn, you go second (with the extra card and the coin).
MUROZOND STAYS ON THE BOARD.
The Quest, End Time, is not added back into your deck.
Instead, the card End Time: Completed is added to your deck.
THIS BATTLECRY CAN ONLY HAPPEN ONCE PER GAME, PER HERO.
To simplify it, it is a full game reset, BUT, both players start with 10 mana, you start with an 8/8 on the board, and the Quest is not reshuffled back into your deck. Instead, in order to keep your deck at 30 cards, you do get a very efficient card for card draw. You are also forced to go second, that way it stays fair, and gives your opponent the next turn.
Also, unlike every other battlecry in the game, this one is special in that it can only be activated once. Meaning, you can't bounce back Murozond with a Brewmaster (or whatever), play him again, and expect the same results. It won't work that way.
That said, it can happen again, but only against you if your opponent happens to be playing End Time as well (that would be a really long game of Hearthstone).
(1) Dragon Consort drove Dragon Pally back in the BRM days. More value generating cards like it could put Dragon Pally back in the meta, and from a thematic perspective, a value generative Dragon Pally would play distinctively different from Dragon Priest; Dragon Priest relies on typical Curvestone, whereas Palladin could rely on mana-inefficient gambles that have the potential for generative returns. Plus, Book Wyrm could serve as more than just removal with this card.
(2) With cards like Nightbane Templar and Onyxia, both of which will remain in the next rotation, this card could enable a viable midrange,"board-flood" Dragon Pally, which is cohesive with a value generative play-style.

Figured I'd work with the Dragon Consort effect with some potential shenanigans with Wrathion.
Admittedly, artwork is from MtG (if that's Ok, and I hope it is).

Paladin is a class that is missing board clears, so this could be a helpful card to have

Essentially you get a 1 mana cheaper Twilight Flamecaller if you have a Dragon. Good vs aggro, obviously.
