Casting Bouncing Blade will (maybe) trigger the Enrage mechanic and will help you clean the board. Good synergies with some abilities too like Blood Warriors, Crush (in wild), Battle Rage... and minions like Gurubashi Berserker, or other Enrage(d) minions.
I think y'all know why I made this card. Well, it's highly conditional (Like almost every card for Priest), but can give you a bit of rest while fighting those pesky aggro decks. I don't think it's overpowered, because it depends on how much minions does the enemy have.
It is a stall card meant to clear the board. Once the board is clear, it'll kill itself, allowing you to pick up, albeit with a 1 turn delay. Since it keeps you in a perpetual state of Overload, Earth Shock is a good out if it isn't gone when you are ready to start dropping cards.
Edit - justification for the spell name instead of text is a) to fit the text into a smaller space and b) to activate the Overload effects on the above-mentioned cards. I am not sure, but it should also activate Arcane Anomaly and Wicked Witchdoctor?
If card draw is what you want, card draw you'll get... but it comes with a price.
Fernando shines in Mill Rogues with the capability of either giving you a big or small boost; or making your opponent's hand flood with cards.
Any spell that draw you a card count. From simple card draw, like Arcane Intellect, to spells with buffing or damage, like Power Word: Shield and Hammer of Wrath. Even cards that can have the biggest impact on the game, like DOOM!, are at Fernando's reach.
P.S: Fernando will stop casting if killed with the first spell casted. The user will always draw first, followed by it's opponent. So if Fernando is killed during casting, you are assured your card draw.
Control hunter legendary which tries to make use of an underused hunter secret. Tried to balance it when compared to Hogger. If a Snipe is already in play, it's effect won't do anything that turn since you can't have multiples of the same secret in play.
For example, say this card swaps effect with Hellfire in your opponent's deck. So you cast a Hellfire for 2 mana. When your opponent draws and plays his Hellfire, it instead copies another spell effect from your deck for 4mana. And this repeats until there is no more spell in the opponent's deck.
Weissmrrggl the Wild comes swinging in to the defence of his friends, along with his famous* cry!
While you do get a free 4/1 minion, a card and the protection of your other minions, you also have to be running a Murloc Warrior deck, and their low Health isn't exactly synergistic with the Warrior playstle. Still, a nice fun card, imo, that explores other options for Warrior, not that it needs them. Commanding Shout, for reference.
*Don't worry WoW fans, you aren't not remembering him, he's completely made up. Based on Johnny Weissmuller, the 'inventor' of the famous Tarzan yell.
Sometimes your boss accidentally releases the alpha prototype...
A poorly constructed robot, which looks intimidating but falls apart at the slightest touch, causing its buzzsaws to fly around the battlefield (as Bouncing Blade).
Why a shaman card? - It's a mix of various things. Shaman is one of the classes that don't have a mill strategy, and I don't want this card to be used in that kinf of strategies. This card was thought with the objective of punishing greedy decks that look for card advantage. Shaman is the class with worst card draw, and this card punishes your opponent for drawing more than you. And I think Maelstrom Portal is one of the coolest and more balanced spells to cast repeated times (for a big legendary).
Why 'Thrall of the Earthen Ring'? - Thrall joined the Earthen Ring to heal and protect the Maelstrom during the Shattering (the cataclysmic events caused by the return of Deathwing).
Why those stats? - This is a big effect, both clearing your opponent board and filling yours, so it had to be a 9 or 10 cost card. I choose 9 because that one mana can be the difference between dying or surviving against a swarming opponent, and I think the effect its worth more this way than on a 10 cost minion with bigger stats.
Think of him as a Dirty Rat for spells (which right now could use a bit more countering), or an on-cue Spellbender
Brann Bronzebeard makes him take two spells, regardless of whether or not the first one kills him, and he cannot cast any spells such as board clears or secrets.

I hope you like my invention.
Power Word: Glory
DOOM!
Excavated Evil
Tried to find art for an archaeologist rather than a miner but that's not happening with my googling skills. So miner it is, hope you enjoy!
Lava Burst for reference.
Note that this will cause Overload - as it does with Yogg-Saron. Synergy with Tunnel Trogg and Unbound Elemental.

A more humble aproach
"True, its his job to attract enemy blasts, but Zelinor prefers to attract healing spells."
Ideally, you use this to get rid of Entombs and Fireballs, but you can also get rid of Mortal Strikes, and Blessing of Kings
