Gamefighter3000, sikor1985 and Cooler39140, here are your requested champions.
Quinn and Valor
Patches the Pirate has an interesting mechanic: a Charge minion that is summoned directly from your deck if certain conditions are met. I wanted to create my spin on it, without making a flat-out aggro card.
Something for aggro decks that doesn't have Charge, isn't a Pirate and doesn't synergise with Weapons. If you're playin as Hunter, you probably have less cards in your hand than your opponent most of the time. Possible rework: Attack and/or Health.
Renekton and Gangplank are still under construction (because I'm not happy with them in their current state).
Kindred is a champion that's made up of two equal entities, so I thought both Windfury and Choose One would fit this champion(s?) more than any other champion. If you pick Charge and Stealth, you can only really take advantage of one or the other. So this is actually three Choose One effects. And if you have Fandral Staghelm...
Below are the two choice cards you'd get when you play this minion. The actual Kindred you'd get would either have Windfury, Charge and Stealth or all three, but the stats and artwork would be the same. That's why I didn't bother making them, though I might in the future...
Also I'd like to thank all of you who posted and said they liked my cards. It means a lot to me. :)

I am thoroughly enjoying these as an old LoL player (I haven't played in about 2 years though). I do have to comment from a HS perspective though, what is the point of Charge and Stealth on the same card? It doesn't seem very helpful because most people will just attack and make her lose stealth anyway. I think you should drop the stealth tag, because Fandral Staghelm is already a fan of Kindred.

Yeah, I agree that having Charge and Stealth on the same card is a bit pointless. The main reason why I did that is so I could create a Choose One card with three possible choices. It's like "Hmm... Do I want Windfury, Charge or Stealth?". When combined with Fandral Staghelm it makes even less sense (since Windfury and Charge is too good to pass up), but I didn't want to make another Al'Akir the Windlord. I'm probably gonna rework this card in the future though...
So, story time... For a long long long time I couldn't come up with an effect for Jhin. First he was a worse Elite Tauren Chieftain. Then he was a worse Baron Geddon. Finally, I gave him an effect that made no sense. He was reworked so much that he gave me a headache. Finally, I decided to switch Jhin's effect with Sivir's. The various spells you can get with this card are shown below.
Some spells are better than others. Some spells are the same. Though you'd normally pay 2 Mana instead of 1. Positives - they cost (1) less, they can trigger Combo effects and many are affected by Spell Damage. Negatives - they don't trigger Inspire effects and they can trigger Troggs, Lorewalker Cho and Trade Prince Gallywix.
I came up with her effect the second after seeing her artwork. It's a fusion of Demented Frostcaller and Ragnaros the Firelord (sorta). One of Freeze Mage's best friends... or at least it will be after a few tweaks.
Sejuani
Much like what I did with Azir and Xerath (see page one of this thread), Ashe and Sejuani are each other's antithesis. Behold: Freeze Mage's worst enemy! Or possibly friend... Who knows, maybe she would work in a theoretical Self-Freeze Mage? I mean, there aren't any cards that really support that, but it's an idea. Possible rework: stats.
Vel'Koz doesn't completely transform into the minion you chose
Vel'Koz kills the chosen minion
the base stats don't change (5/5).
Let's say Vel'Koz copies the effect and enchantments of a Sludge Belcher who has been targeted by a Power Word: Shield (so it's a 3/7 with Taunt and a Deathrattle). Now Vel'Koz has Taunt, a Deathrattle and +2 Health (it's now a 5/7).
For clarification, enchantments are all buffs, debuffs or added effects that a minion can have. In this case, Vel'Koz can't copy ongoing buffs generated by a minion's aura (like Stormwind Champion) if that minion is on your opponent's side.
If a Stealth minion lost Stealth, a Divine Shield minion lost its Divine Shield, or a minion was silenced, Vel'Koz won't copy those used-up effects.
Positives: You can control which spells are cast and in which order; non-collectible spells like The Coin, Spare Parts, Power Chord cards and Toxins are also cast; higher Health than Yogg-Saron, Hope's End.
Negatives: Lower Attack than Yogg-Saron, Hope's End; and just like Yogg, the Battlecry stops when he leaves the board.
I really like the idea you used for Ezreal. It's better than simulating abilities.
If he's 5/4 or more that would be better. Shuffling any random card into your deck is actually a negative effect. It pollutes your deck because it lowers your chance to draw a card you selected for this construction.

These are the only three champions that equip weapons.
Jayce
I can't tell if a weapon with Mercury's effect is really good, really bad or average, but I really want to see a similar weapon in the real game. Possible rework: cost.
Nautilus
Slightly more useful version of Tentacles for Arms. Especially good if you're able to buff its Durability with cards like Captain Greenskin.
I'm glad Patron Warrior is no longer a thing, or else I wouldn't have made this card. Still amazing if you have Whirlwind, Grim Patron or Ravaging Ghoul. And yes, it also gains Health by being damaged. Possible rework: cost.
EDIT: Thresh was originally posted here, but he has since been drastically reworked and moved to a new post.
I've never played LoL before, but I love how you integrated some interesting concepts. Can you add that one assassin dragon-transforming person (Shivana I think) who my friend always plays?
This means that all cards with Dragon synergy will activate even though they're not actually Dragons, like Twilight Whelp, Book Wyrm, Dragon Consort, Deathwing, Dragonlord, Nightbane Templar, Zoobot, etc. Shyvana was originally supposed to have an effect that revolved around her transforming into a Dragon, but I couldn't find the right artwork for her supposed Dragon form.
Works best in Paladin and Shaman because of their minion-summoning Hero Powers. But she can also buff herself up.
Galio
Let's say you have three minions in play: Fierce Monkey, Sen'jin Shieldmasta and Pit Fighter. Your opponent and their minions can't attack your hero or your Pit Fighter. They must kill the minions with Taunt first. They can still choose which one to attack. Spells are fair game, though. With Galio on the board your opponent and their minions must kill this minion first, before they can kill your Taunt minions, before they can attack anything else. So Mega-Taunt is like a Taunt for your Taunt minions.
Brand
One day Wild Pyromancer decided to become a Legendary. He trained under Baron Geddon and this is the result.
EDIT: Galio has been changed from a 5/8 to a 6/12.
EDIT 2: Galio's artwork has been changed due to campion rework.
This is a very interesting card, and I like it. I would however consider buffing his stats more though. If we assume Mega-Taunt is worth 1 mana on its own, as a vanilla minion this could easily be an 8/8 for 9 mana. I say make him a 5/14 since he's a legendary.
Really cool cards so far i really like Karthus :D
if i could request a Champion id love to see Vi

Vi
The minion version of Massive Runeblade. I wanted to give her a higher Attack, but decided against due to the Grimy Goons mechanic (Don Han'Cho, Grimestreet Outfitter, Grimestreet Enforcer,...). If I made these cards before MSoG, I would have given Vi 4 Attack.
Wukong
Something for aggro decks that doesn't have Charge, isn't a Pirate and doesn't synergise with Weapons. If you're playin as Hunter, you probably have less cards in your hand than your opponent most of the time. Possible rework: Attack and/or Health.

Quinn is probably the best adaption from her as a champion to a hearthstone card, so far that's my favorite keep it up :).
I don't even play league, but these card concepts are amazing. Keep up the good work.
Golden legendary cards opened: Ragnaros the Firelord, Auctionmaster Beardo, Kalimos, Primal Lord
RedneckBudha
Sivir
So, story time... For a long long long time I couldn't come up with an effect for Jhin. First he was a worse Elite Tauren Chieftain. Then he was a worse Baron Geddon. Finally, I gave him an effect that made no sense. He was reworked so much that he gave me a headache. Finally, I decided to switch Jhin's effect with Sivir's. Negatives - they don't trigger Inspire effects and they can trigger Troggs, Lorewalker Cho and Trade Prince Gallywix.
EDIT: Some spells had their text changed.
EDIT 2: Dinomancy and a new DIE, INSECT! spell were added. There are two now, DIE, INSECT! that you get by becoming Ragnaros the Firelord from Majordomo Executus, and DIE, INSECT! that you get from Sulfuras by completing Fire Plume's Heart.
Ashe
I came up with her effect the second after seeing her artwork. It's a fusion of Demented Frostcaller and Ragnaros the Firelord (sorta). One of Freeze Mage's best friends... or at least it will be after a few tweaks.
Sejuani

Who knows, maybe she would work in a theoretical Self-Freeze Mage? I mean, there aren't any cards that really support that, but it's an idea. Possible rework: stats.
Vel'Koz
This works similarly to Faceless Manipulator, but with three key differences.

EDIT: Ashe has been changed from a 6/4 to a 6/5.
Zilean
The non-RNG version of Yogg-Saron, Hope's End.
This is too powerful! 8 - 9 mana would be fine.

Slightly more useful version of Tentacles for Arms. Especially good if you're able to buff its Durability with cards like Captain Greenskin.
Sona
The opposite version of Medivh, the Guardian and Atiesh. Possible rework: cost.
Illaoi
She's the Kraken Priestess. Some of the most Kraken-like minions in Hearthstone are the Old Gods (C'Thun, N'Zoth, the Corruptor, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End and Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound), which all cost 10 Mana.
Aatrox
I'm glad Patron Warrior is no longer a thing, or else I wouldn't have made this card. Still amazing if you have Whirlwind, Grim Patron or Ravaging Ghoul. And yes, it also gains Health by being damaged. Possible rework: cost.
EDIT: Thresh was originally posted here, but he has since been drastically reworked and moved to a new post.

Wished to be pink.
Then did.
Then fired myself.
Then did again.
Well Phoenixfeather, here's Shyvana.
Shyvana
This means that all cards with Dragon synergy will activate even though they're not actually Dragons, like Twilight Whelp, Book Wyrm, Dragon Consort, Deathwing, Dragonlord, Nightbane Templar, Zoobot, etc. Shyvana was originally supposed to have an effect that revolved around her transforming into a Dragon, but I couldn't find the right artwork for her supposed Dragon form.
Poppy
Works best in Paladin and Shaman because of their minion-summoning Hero Powers. But she can also buff herself up.

This is actually quite a dope thread, good job!
