When you play Celestine of Harvest, it offers you two random choice cards from one or two different minions. For example: Choose one from Leader of the Pack and Forgotten Mana.
Druid of the Scythe tranforms into a 5/2 minion with Charge, or two 2/2 minions with Charge. Both of choices have Beast tag. When used it Fandral Staghelm, this summons two 5/2 minions with Charge and Beast tag.
3. Mage
Firefrost Mage deals damage to frozen characters ally or enemy.
Kael'thas first Discovers a spell, then discovers a minion that costs equal to spell. For example, at first it shows you Frostbolt, Flamestrike and Arcane Intellect; If you discovered Flamestrike you are going to Discover a 7-Mana cost minion next.
Warglaive of Azzinoth works with hero power or other weapons. If you are using this with your hero power dagger, it is basically an Arcane Intellect that gives +1 Attack to your weapon.
Garona Halforcen works with Preparation and other spells with modified manacost.
6. Shaman
Ascendence summons a random minion that costs equal to your Overloaded mana crystals, at the start of your turn. So, overloaded mana crystals in the turn you've played this are not important. For example, if you have 10 Mana and 1 overloaded Mana, then if you play two Lava Burst, one Lightning Bolt, one Ancestral Knowledge and this card that turn, you will summon a random 8-Cost mana next turn.
I really don't know how can I balance Farseer Nobundo. 4 Mana 4/4 with Overload: (4) or 5 5/5 (5) or 6 6/6 (6) or 7 7/7 (7) or may be 3 3/3 (3)?
7. Hunter
Survival Instinct is basically a Bestial Wrath that activates in your opponent's turn. It's kinda improved version of it and Noble Sacrifice.
Shandris Feathermoon has a best combo with Emperor Cobra ! ~kappa~
8. Warlock
Demontame draws the same minion you've Discovered if you had already a copy of it in your deck.
Jubeka Shadowbreaker is like Reno Jackson of discard warlock decks. It actually draws 2 cards with 6/6 body for 6 mana, but only if you've suffered from discard.
9. Warrior
Enraged Blademaster is corrupted version of Injured Blademaster. It deal 4 damage to YOUR HERO instead of himself whenever it attacks.
Frostmourne is obviously summoning minions into your side of the battlefield. I think, warrior needs a really good legendary weapon instead of minion. I hope to see a legendary weapon in next expansions.
But like some ideas, the warrior weapon seems nice, if it gets combined with Upgrade!, can become a serious problem for the opponent. I was trying to image if it could go with Bloodsail Cultist... Can do... But if someone does that will waste all charges in the opponent face, because they don't know more! ;)
Love the Warlock legendary, as Renolock is about to die, it could be the comeback of discardlock.
Finally the Hunter legendary can't co-exist in a world where Unleash the Hounds is a thing, cheapest 100% guaranteed board clear ever.
Warglaive is way too situational. Maybe increase the cost and change it to deathrattle draw cards equal to your weapons attack.
Instead of frostmourne, I would love to see a spell for the helm of domination that would replace your hero with Arthas and equip frostmourne, similar to the jaraxxus mechanic but without the health adjustment. Even your version of frostmourne would work. Hero power could simply be deal 1 damage to your opponent and heal your hero for 1. Or even more interesting, hero power could be summon a random 1 mana minion; mana cost of the helm of destruction may need to be upped with this hero power though.
I like some of your ideas, apart from the charge stuff mostly. No more charge please lol. And I think the warrior epic is slightly overpowered on stats for 3 mana. Maybe give it the same effect as injured blademaster to make it a viable 3 drop and it could also sync well with the warrior buff on damaged minions (forget it's name).
I particularly like the shaman spell, it's very interesting, and I like how it could sync with the legendary, although 5 overload would be sufficient (same as elemental destruction).
It's nice to see other people's ideas, I often think of card designs myself, I have tried entering the competitions they hold on here but I only use my mobile phone and unfortunately this website is terrible doing things like that using mobiles.

I think, all Warrior weapons can be really strong with Upgrade! and Bloodsail Cultist. A Legendary weapon needs to be really strong, because it can easily be destroyed by Acidic Swamp Ooze.

It can be +1/+1 instead of doubling but, without any divine shield, it's so useless and as a Legendary, it has to have an impact.
Celestine's purpose is gaining effects from choice cards, not drawing them :) It can gain charge or taunt, discover a spell, give you armor etc.
Warglaive is situational but still good. May be 3/2 would be better.

Yes, Frostmourne, would make total sense there, bu with other text.
Something like "Battlecry: Transform your hero into Lich King" and maybe transform the hero power into something like Death Coil: heals friendly, damages enemies. Kind of Jaraxxus style.
If they don't want to go the legendary weapon way, it could also be an Epic with "While equipped" text instead of "Battlecry: Transform".
