The card is base on Echoes of Medivh it draws the enemy cards and makes them pay for drawing them hus not only milling them but also wastig apatt of their turn or potentially an entire turn his also has the potential to burn a few cards. Used for fatigue and mill decks
This crazy card would be perfect for Mill Druid, as well as decks that expend their card extremely fast like Egg Druid; both who struggle to find a place in the meta at the moment. This card would dramatically boost the powerlevel of these decks and supports intellectual play and strategic deck strategy. I hope you enjoy my submission this week :)!

I thought this was a really creative way to get your opponent to draw cards with warrior. You use this to get a few ticks off and then use Warriors abundance of 1-damage effects to mill your opponent. Perhaps even buff the Acolyte with Rampage after you damage it the first time. Use your good survival tools as Warrior to outlast your opponent and mill them into oblivion. It would require a lot of control tools to use properly with the damage effects, both of which warrior has an abundance of.
What? Why would anyone WANT to give your opponent some slightly depowered minion? FOR FREE???
Hm... Lets me think... (INCOMING RANT) :D
Remember those times where they just played a well-timed Reno Jackson, or a crucial Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, and your just like "Fuuuuudge. GG"? Well now, you can turn that frown, upside down by transforming them into something else! Sure, the transformed card will probably be hard to deal with, but think about it this way. In the current, meta, minion synergy is EVERYWHERE. Spells dominate a LOT of decks, and a single minion, such as a good Kazakus or Lord Jaraxxus can change the course of the game. Also, the guy costs one less. I know everyone wants to see a Kazakus become a stupid Magma Rager, Or Z'Noth the Corrupter morph into Majordomo Executus (HAHAHAHAHA). Even better, have a Loatheb turn into Eiree Statue.
They running a stupid Barnes - Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound Deck? G-Fruitin'-G! They have a Doomsayer you can't deal with? Free deck thinning! You summon Doomsayer? Well [insert-choice-word-here]!!!! (I'm against unnecessary profanity) Errrrr.... You got a Silence or Confuse lying around maybe?
The card cost (0,) yet the possibilities are endless. Hope you enjoy! (Ya Dirty Rat + Deathlord lovers!)
What's a better way to mill your opponent's deck than from the bottom! Well some may say this is OP it isn't that bad it requires minimal answering. It has the stats of a 2 mana (1 mana in this meta). You'll probably be just getting one card, but it punishes your opponent for over extension as they can get more than one stolen. Anyways that's my entry.
I hesitated to make it a Druid only card, as I thought this would not only be good in mill decks, but also as a really strong early game card with Innervate.

Thank you Kanye,
Very Cool.
I'm not an artist, but...
The Ecstasy
1/1 for 6 mana, reads "Your opponent draws a card and then this minion gains +1/+1 for each card in your opponent's deck."
The Agony
10/10 for 6 mana, reads "Both players draw two cards and then this minion loses -1/-1 for each card in your opponent's deck."
A little play on Wrathion's awesome effect. High risk, high reward.
Tried to come up with something that fit the theme of a drunk Pandaren.
The players draw until they have 9 instead of 10 so neither player mills a card on their next draw.

Good counter to Jade Druid and midrange decks in general.
legend is like a marriage, one day it'll actually be there.

Wished to be pink.
Then did.
Then fired myself.
Then did again.
The idea is to slow down opponent game and keep his hand full for posible mills.
Here's my idea for a druid mill card: Forest Fire

Warlocks now can burn through their deck faster and it also helps burn your opponent's deck.
