The basic idea behind this card is threat prevention. Much like Leeroy Jenkins, it's meant to be a powerful one shot minion to take out large threats; you can use this card to ruin some of your opponents combos, deny battle cries, and it still has a level of risk because it can possibly draw out some pretty big minions that could be problematic. Fun, effective and risky, I feel like with all the pirate decks that do the exact same thing every time we need more unpredictable warrior cards.
I wanted to make slightly overstatted taunt minion with slightly disadvantageous battlecry (in overall situation). First version restored 3 health per deathrattle, but it looked too weak even for a mill deck, so changed it to 4. Though not sure whether extra stat on the minion is justified now. But since it's legendary it should be kinda ok.
Counter Jade Idol and combo decks that have only one win condition. Battlecry destroys ONLY cards in opponents hand and deck NOT those already on board.
Works well against minions, too. This beautifully crafted weapon lets you mill your opponent AND take care of the board. All in one.
Lets you choose when to mill your opponent. Giving free cards to your opponent is a huge downside. You can keep this weapon in reserve, kill some minions, until you find the right opportunity to mill your opponent.
Built for long games. Fatigue games tend to be long. This is why this quality weapon comes with high durability.
This card is good for both mill and other decks. The downside (namely, your opponent drawing cards) discourages use of this in Aggro, but it would work well in Control decks. If you don't mind your opponent drawing cards, you could always attack face.
Another milling tool for Mill Rogue. This allows you to get +1/+4 more than a Coldlight Oracle, but your drawing is replaced with a Deathrattle. This will give Mill Rogue another miller to add to the deck! The Deathrattle allows you to negate milling yourself when your hand is filled with cards.
Obviously a parody of Millhouse Manastorm. Whereas Manastorm lets your opponent play cards without needing to spend mana, Millstorm lets your opponent play cards without needing to lose any net cards. I wanted to make it a neutral, but giving this to Rogues, with their Shadowstep shenanigans, would be a big no-no, so I thought Kabal was the next-best fit. Mage could make some repeated use of its Battlecry with stuff like Duplicate and Echo of Medivh? But even harnessing the awesome power of the 4-mana 7/7 meme, I don't think he'd see any use outside of some gimmicky mill deck. That's still a step up from Manastorm, though, so he'll take it!

Horrible drawback for insane body. Could see play as a high risk card in non-mill decks but is clearly a power card for mill decks.
Here's my submission ! Don't bash on the newbie please :D

Paladins would be happy? Well it is probably an enhanced or nerfed version of Sap.
Edit: Corrected misspelling.

Made a slight error. For Blight Plague it's "take damage equal to its cost", didn't mean to put in the apostrophe.
"I want! Therefore you give!"
Note: the discover mechanic here does not add a card to your hand. Instead you choose what minion to send back to their deck.

Seems like someone flipped The Curator's Reversing Switch a bit too often.
