I'm pretty certain this card exists in the new set in some form, but I really thought it was the Priest legendary.

While, I do want there to be another Kazakus card, just having it be the same effect as him wouldn't make it unique thematically.

I could see it being different, but it seems like a ton of code to write for just one card's multi-Discover effect. They talked about having to write the code to track C'Thun buffs and that would be way simpler than Kazakus.

It is Hearthstone General but whatever...

Card won't really exist, unless it is an epic, rare or common card. This again means that Kazakus isn't really a dragon but rather a dude who drunk something to be able to look like a dragon. So either it is Dragonfire Potion or we will get another spell to transform a minion into a dragon of the same cost (lol)

They did say one legendary per faction, but he could be a neutral legendary still. If he's neutral then it's pretty likely that he doesn't have a potion effect. :/

IF it was a neutral card, they would mess their own lore since the dragon form is indeed Kazakus but rather out of a potion than itself. I can't really take the Lore of Hearthstone any serious if they make this dragon form into a neutral card since it has to be a Kabal card

Anyway maybe in another expansion you don't want to overbuff dragon priest.
