An echo card that you can only run one of. Using meditate it can add a 2/2 copy of itself to your hand (that still costs 6), but that lets you use the echo for 3 random secrets. The 2/2 can also add more copies to your hand. This can get out of control very fast but you need to sacrifice your attacks and keep at least one copy of him alive. Also works with shadowstep and brewmasters.
I removed meditates ability to trigger on the turn he's played as that gives your opponent no time to respond and also gives you an effect without actually sacrificing an attack.

My submission for this week. Basically a late-game tempo card that can be used with Gang Up to get more 0-mana 8/8s. Good when you play two copies of this on turn 8.
Balance:
You can compare this card to Arcane Giant. Both Arcane Giants are easy to play for free in late game if you run some spells.Unlike Arcane Giant, Echo Giant doesn't require anything to get the second copy for free but the first copy will always cost 8-mana. A vanilla 8-mana 8/8 isn't really good in constructed.
A 3/2 that become a 3/4 taunt and divine shield WHEN one ultimate guardian was already played AND you didn't attack this turn AND this is the enemy turn. Lot of conditions for powerful effect.
Everyone's favourite Firelord is back! This time in Green!
You have the option to not attack and let him destroy enemy's small minions, or attack and take out a single large threat. Compare to normal Rag, his raw power doesn't increase, but he is more versatile.
A card that is both beneficial (every minion you play can potentially have taunt), as well as detrimental (you can't protect a key minion anymore). I'm not sure which decks a card like this would belong in, but I think it would be interesting to experiment with, at the very least.
Here's my idea, because Shaman isn't powerful enough. I loved the idea of Raza and Reno so this was a straightforward idea for me. Also gets rid of aggro shaman because you can only play one of everything. Also in accordance to Raza being a 5 mana 5/5 I gave him the 6 mana 6/6 stat line but split it to 4/8 so he's not dead on board from all hard removal.
You play it, you get additional copies, which gain stats from the Echo effect. It's pretty sloe but if you can keep playing them, they become massive threats.

Action restriction applies to playing a card, activating a Hero Power, attacking with a minion, or attacking with a weapon. Triggered effects resolve normally, regardless of action restrictions. If this creature is destroyed, silenced, or transformed (or if the controlling player ATTACKS with this creature), the action restriction is lifted beginning on the NEXT PLAYER's turn.
"Wanda lives in a world of hallucination, fireballs, and ogres. Really stupid ogres."
This minion is base off a herbalism and the Meditate concepts. Whenever you do attack, you have a pretty good chance at hitting the wrong thing. Also, a 8 mana 4/14 is very powerful, and would work best with priest (Since she can heal and can get insane Inner Fire buffs). I'm not sure how well Holy Fire burns certain herbs though.
You play this card in Pirate Deck with many bounce effect card, this way you can trigger the Echo often to supply your hand with Pirate. If you don't have a bounce effect this card is a weak draw mechanic for Pirate.
This card flavor is a Pirate Captain that also a Necromancer. The theme of bringing death pirate to your hand and deathrattle is to make the flavor more appropriate.

Love the tribes.
First play: "My mission is to protect you"
Return to hand: " I'll be back " or " Talk to hand "
Second play and killing blow on enemy champion: "Hasta la Vista Baby"

Echo mechanic in Rogue is really interesting. This card is a Legendary card so you can only have one of this in your deck. Normally you can't trigger the Echo but with Rogue tool it is possible. The tool that can make this work are : Shadowstep, Shadowcaster, Gang Up, Anub'ar Ambusher, Youthful Brewmaster, Ancient Brewmaster, and the new card Gadgetzan Ferryman.
