My first card design ever it probably won't win but it is a pretty sick card for warrior and warrior doesn't exactly need it right now but it works for this design competition.
Quick rundown: Sen'jin is a jungle troll (explains jungle staff) and when humans came to this island thing Thrall (shaman lul) came and helped him get rid of them but unfortunately Sen'jin died. Sen'jin seems to me as a more shadowpriest.
To play this card you have to sacrifice a turn, playing an undervalue card, and then play a weapon and keep it. It can be countered by many cards, but if you can pull it off you get an insanely powerful board control power that lasts for quite a few turns.

Exarch Jaraas was my submission for #4.07, it was greatly appreciated but considered OP so here is a more balanced version of it:
As you can guess by my card's name and effect, Exarch Jaraas is Lord Jaraxxus former self, prior to his corruption by the Burning Legion. Exarch Jaraas is a very defensive hero to push control paladin.
However, unlike his future self, Jaraas only protects the hero and does not take his place. When you hit 0 HP as Jaraas, your original hero (with his HP equal to what they were when you played Exarch Jaraas) retake his place. In the meantime he will be floating near your board. To summarize it behaves like what happens with Onyxia during the fight against the second Nefarian. It would look like this:
Behold my mad Paint skills!
NOTE: Don"t pay attention to the fact that Jaraas has 15 Health on this screen, it comes from its former version.
Some additional details about it works:
Jaraas deathrattle means that when you hit 0 HP as Exarch Jaraas, your original hero (with HP equal and Hero Power identical to what they were before you played the card) is restored.
If Exarch Jaraas is summoned without his battlecry triggered, his deathrattle will have no effect he still counts as a deathrattle minion.
If you have a weapon equipped when you play Exarch Jaraas (he doesn't have any contrary to Jaraxxus), it won't be affected. If you attacked with it before playing Jaraas you won't be able to attack a second time.
As Exarch Jaraas, you will be able to emote with both heroes, however they will share a common emote timer to avoid abuse.
If your hero has already been replaced with Jaraxxus/Ragnaros before you play Exarch Jaraas, then Jaraxxus/Ragnaros will be considered your original hero.
Reciprocally, if you replace Exarch Jaraas with Jaraxxus/Ragnaros, his deathrattle won't trigger.
Conceding as Exarch Jaraas will still make you lose the game.
Some of you might think "hey but you're giving your hero a deathrattle, it's impossible!" however, functionally speaking, heroes are treated by the game as a special type of minion as exemplified by Jaraxxus vulerability to Sacrificial Pact, the Misdirection/weapon interaction, the old Fandral Staghelm/Dark Wispers glitch that allowed you to buff your hero and obviously the second fight against Nefarian in BRM.
(Dear mods, if I make it to the final phase, please add these clarifications to the "additional material" spoiler)
Exarch Jaraas emotes and voice acting:
When summoned: "Hero! Stay behind and let me protect you!'
When summoned if Lord Jaraxxus is the enemy hero: "Wait. Is that.... me ?"
Attack (as a minion or with a weapon): "Taste the Light's power!"
Greetings: "You face Jaraas, Exarch of Argus!"
Well Played: "A smart move!"
Thanks: "My sincerest thanks."
Wow: "Unbelievable!"
Oops: "I thought that would work..."
Threaten: "Trifling opponent! Your evil will be your undoing!"
Death (as minion or hero): "I'm sorry. I failed you."
Beardo gives a nice discount to your cards, because he is a nice guy and he likes making business. But when you spend too much time (playing 5 cards) and don't give him his part, he appropiates of all your stuff! His personal bodyguard comes with him, compossed of random neutral minions.
What this card does is giving you a nice advantage during the start of the game, but at certain point it becomes a disadvantage, lowering your life and replacing your deck with random cards (neutral minions are mediocre on average, except if you are blessed by RNGesus). I decided to keep the cost reduction via transform (like Shifter Zerus keeps costs reductions when he transforms) to not be on too much disadvantage. And because Beardo didn't build his empire giving fair wages.
Note: if you play Beardo and he dies, he is no longer on the game, so if you play your fifth card, he will not replace your hero.
So far he appeared as a boss and a tavern brawl card. Here is the collectible version:
When everything is prepared, your hero takes popcorn, lays back and watches the show from safe distance.
Few clarifications: Certain bosses that would not be eligible are not included in the pool of possible replacements. Similar to Golden Monkey, you don't get a 30-card deck, it only transforms your cards still left in your deck with random cards which that boss uses. You get a new hero power. The new boss has full Health, so Popcorn also heals you, although it will probably spend your entire turn as with Tree of Life. If your new adventure boss gets destroyed, you lose the game, no going back to your original hero.
A neutral weapon that can be used very flexibly. It can be a cheap heal to 15 if you are hurting for life, but you get a lower life cap and lose your hero power. You can use it to help clear the board, but your life will become an issue fast. You can use it as a snowballing smORC win condition, but it takes a while for the weapon to grow big enough to get scary, so you'll have to keep board control for a while to make it work, while having to push the button every turn and avoid weapon destruction.
My submission is the powerful guardian herself Magna Aegwynn!
She also comes with Atiesh and also has Astral Portal in the deck and they can be discovered via the hero power.
A hidden rule would be in the deck replacement in namely that only 4 copies of any spell is allowed in the deck.(The hero power has no restrictions though.)
As you can see, Lich King's mana cost is (11). It may seem impossible to play him, but cards like Summoning Portal or Emperor Thaurissan can easily decrease the cost of the card.
You can't just simply play Lich King without the help of other cards, and, your opponent has to have 5 or more minions on his battlefield. So, he gets 25 health, which is a lot.
Weapon
Frostmourne is basically a weapon that Freezes minions. And when it breaks or 'dies', ALL minions that are frozen die. I did not make it a Warlock card as i wanted to use it in the future for other purposes.
Hero Power(s)
Forgot to Bold the word 'Change' in the second hero power so just ignore the fact that it is not bolded. Basically, whenever you use 'Devour', it changes your hero power into 'Fatigue'. So the next time you use your Hero Power, it will be different. And whenever you use 'Fatigue', it changes your hero power back to 'Devour'.
"Give a random minion in the battlefield Fatigue."
Fatigue is basically "At the end of each turn, deal 1 damage to this minion." This means that the minion slowly dies. Enrage minions have an advantage, though.

Well, this is my submission. A new desperate Thalnos, opening a portal for Yogg for a piece of chance right before you die. I hope you enjoy!

Summon: Darkspears! Destroy the Invaders! (Alternate: When facing Thrall: Thrall! Welcome back, eh?)
Attack: For Darkspear!
Death: Save them... all of them...
Flavor Text: He's deathly afraid of Murlocs. Brutal creatures, Murlocs are.
Shadowfiend, Flametongue Totem, Mana Tide Totem, Totem Golem, Healing Totem, Searing Totem, Stoneclaw Totem, Wrath of Air Totem.

EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
My efforts to build a Death Knight card for Paladin ultimately led to this. Playing Arthas the Lich King also equips Frostmourne.
Summon: "Forgive me for what I have to do."
Attack: "All life must end."
Death: "I see... only darkness... before... me..."

I'm pretty sure that this card would fit perfectly to Randuin Wrynn deck!
The Hero Power has a good chance to give you cards like Tinkmaster Overspark, Lorewalker Cho, Shifter Zerus and Millhouse Manastorm. The weapon also gives a bit more fun.
EDIT: Made little changes to weapon and changed its wording.
