Encourages control mage with higher cost spells. I think the card isn't as broken in mage as it would be in other classes because you can't make a good mage deck without putting in the cheap spells as well as the more expensive ones. Obviously if you get flamestrike the card is ridiculous but you can't build a mage deck with the only spell being flamestrike.
This card can fix a lot of problem when you are running a more control-ish style of Thief Rogue:
1. The lack of heal. This card offer a solid body that allows for substantial heal, which means this would allow Rogue player to have substantially more staying power and using your dagger more efficient trading.
2. The bad RNG. If you happen to catch that Shield Slam but no armor giving cards or a Pyroblast at turn 2, this card turns them into a 6 Healths healing.
3. The lack of Taunt / value minions. This would mean major trouble for your opponent if they can't get rid of it.
Balance: Compare with Antique Healbot for healing effect and Trade Prince Gallywix for body of a 6 mana Rogue Legendary with ongoing effect. This card cost 1 more than the Healbot, the downside of showing the cards you got, the chance of not firing, being a non-Mech Legendary and less efficient the turn it was play in exchange for being ongoing and a +3/3 boost in stats.
This card would shine in decks that contain late game cards, like Ysera or Ragnaros the Firelord. Even a 4 mana card would mostly likely to clear a flooded board such as zoolock, or aggro/midrange shaman. Alternatively, you could even bring giants in the deck like Arcane Giant, Molten Giant, etc for a stronger effect.
Hunter heals are always an interesting card creation idea. Anyways, I've never made a low mana before so I wanted to give that a go.
So the highest Attack beast in the game is The Beast (it's like they planned that.) So you know heal for 9 for 1-mana is pretty good. Still in Hunter it's probably not great but a fun gimmick. Of course let's not forget Lock and Load, what we have here is not only a great trigger but also a pretty good pick up to keep the chain going.
Battlecry: Reveal a card in your opponent's hand. Discover a card of the same rarity.

Lore:
The reveal part denotes that she sent scouts to see a card in your opponent's hand. The discover part is the part that shows she's a strategist, aimed at countering the revealed card using the "fight fire with fire" logic.
Miscellaneous:
A 3-mana 2/2 is pretty balanced for the effect, considering you are not only discovering a card (all choices of the same rarity, be it Basic/Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary), but also looking at one card in your opponent's hand, in which its rarity will determine the rarity of the options you will discover. Compare to similar cards like Jeweled Scarab and Tomb Spider.
A good play is to drop this card after your opponent has played Golden Monkey.
This card is actually the reverse to a mechanic for that I am working on with the demon hunter class and not released currently it was ment for demon hunter as a class so it has the warrior back currently. I will change it to another class if necessary for purpose of the competition. However there is more information on the basic class mechanics in one of my threads on the class design I can also post on here Im not sure if that violates the rules so I have not added the link.
You lose 2 cards from your deck, one of them goes to your opponent, and one goes to you, but you get to see what both of them were. Your opponent nets 1 card gained, and you net 3 cards gained.
Both cards come from your own deck so that it can't be used in Mill Rogue, as its effect is strong enough (as it's basically Thistle Tea in terms of how much you gain from it), and giving your opponent Coldlight Oracles would clearly be infuriating so I think it's pretty fine anyway. I like Mill Rogue, don't get me wrong, but this would be strong card for it without milling your opponent.
It doesn't explicitly 'reveal' a card, but at the end of the effect both players know a card from the other player's hand, so I'm pretty sure that qualifies.
The Priests need a fearsome and strong Legendary with the soul of the class (healing and stealing, yep). This card has 3 different Battlecry effects, but, notice, only one of them works. Or, there is Brann Bronzebeard…
Quotes
If a minion: Be drowned in my charm. (If it's Illidan Stormrage: Come to your queen...)
To be specific: 0 mana minion = 0 coins, 1-2 mana minions = 1 coin, 3-4 mana minions = 2 coins, etc.

I went for something where the reveal is actually meaningful, this card gives information on your opponent's hand and promotes good decision-making.

Since priest have so many late game card the effect you be pretty strong unless you reveal those cheap cards like Power Word: Shield, Circle of Healing, Wild Pyromancer, etc.

Similar to Prince Malchezaar, the card would be revealed at the beginning of the game.
Edit: Changed the word "life" to "Health" to be more consistent with the game.
You could see both the minion and the spell. The effect would look something like the effect from Gnomish Experimenter if you draw a minion.

C'Thun demands a sacrifice! Preferably a Deathwing.
