I don't know anything about World of Warcraft lore but I have an interesting idea for a new legendary that allows you to break deck making rules.
My thinking is that the card could be a vanilla 3 or 4 drop that has 3/4 or 4/5 stats but its effect is that it allows you to, during the construction of your deck, put more than 2 of a non legendary card OR more than 1 of a legendary card.
I don't know how balanced this would be but I feel like it would be pretty meta-defining and would help slower decks that are control orientated.
What do you guys think?
EDIT: The card should have crappy stats, maybe something like a 3 mana 2/2
Nah legendaries are unique in a deck. There are not 2 Kel'Thuzads on this world, no 2 Clife's on this world and no 2 WillsGT on this world. You get it?
broken card, even if it wasn't broken the stats would have to be god awful to be not broken. Of course you gave it vanilla stats lol.
I could mention a million broken things you can do with this. How about we start with 2 renos?
Can you explain how 2 Renos would be broken in the current meta? Aggro Shaman usually dispatches the opponent somewhere around turns 5-8, you have to remember that this card would be replacing a card in your deck that you could be using to control the board. I do agree though that it shouldn't have good stats.
I think something along the lines of "at the start of the game shuffle 5 spells from your opponents class into your deck" would be cool (especially for thief rogue) and the rng heavy element fits blizzards mo

They win around 5-8 because the opponent doesnt draw reno. Most of the time if they play reno correctly it gives them enough time to stabilize and board clear. Warlocks tap like crazy trying to find reno and sometimes its at the bottom.
Broken card in hearthstone , every single deck will run it but for example they could make a special card for example a 2mana 1/2 take +1/+1 for every card in game with the same name and you can have how many you want in ur deck but would be a mechanich copied by magic that almost created everything in mechanichs card

Could be a decent Tavern Brawl idea though. But yeah broken.

insanely broke, double tirion would be gross, triple trogg would be disgusting, double deathwing, double reno, etc
