Seems fine to me for the most part. I actually think the priest portal is a bit strong and I'd make it summon a 1-cost minion. I feel similarly about the rogue portal, but maybe it should cost 4 instead of summoning a 1-cost minion. Outlands portal seems a bit over the top, I'd cut it down to a third, discard 1 card and get a 1 cost minion. (Discard and maybe even zoo would find that really nice, lot of great warlock 1 drops) Hunter portal is automatically boring since it deals damage only to the enemy's face.
The 2 minions seem fine, they're fun.
Edit: On a second pass, MAYBE the priest and rogue portals are okay, but I don't know for sure unless it were to be tested. I also have a good idea for the hunter portal. What if it were the same cost, but it read "Destroy a random enemy minion. Summon a 3-cost minion." I think that would be a lot better and might push control hunter perhaps?
Shattrath shifter seems absoloutely broken in fatigue. Lower the stats and make it a legendary and i would be ok with it. Because screw arena balance am i right?! :D
Are you kidding me? Priest has trouble drawing cards, without using actual minions. This fits the resurrect theme. And just look at the freaking value! Value wise when we think about how blizzard normally balances cards, drawing a card is worth 1½ mana. so this is 5 manas worth of value for a tiny bit of rng (Dont you dare use doomsayer as an argument) for 4 mana, in one card and you say that it sucks?! WutFace

Looks cool but discarding 3 cards for a free 3 drops seems to much while you can play your own 3 drop for free with a innervate and a coin without discarding anything ( iknow it are other classes but its just for the comparing)
Yeah maybe I should make the Warlock one discard one and summon a one cost minion. I just wanted to do 3 because none of the other portal cards uses 3 as the number :P
Also, yukaboy I agree that the Rogue one is a bit OP, making it 4 mana would be a good idea :P and as far as Hunter goes, the idea you suggested wouldnt really fit with the Portal theme because they all do something with numbers and summon a minion of the same cost (ya know, Firelands Portal deals 5 damage and summons a 5-cost minion, Ironforge Portal gains 4 Armor and summons a 4-Cost minion) but your idea is still more interesting than my card so idk :P
I was actually experimenting with a similar concept, and for the warlock this is what I came up with. Dragon Whelps are 2-1's same thing that spawns from dragon egg.

The portal cards are supposed to match effect number with the cost of a random minion.
Deal 5, summon 5-Cost. Heal 6, summon 6-Cost, etc.
Card draw is my least Problem and i Play priest since beta. Actually 95% of my playtime is priest (i cant change Classes like that). The Card seems strong but its not what Priests need. So shall this be my answer to a 4 7/7 Play? Still priests Lack good 2 mana minions and thats the neutral minions included. And for turn 4 they are just dead in a Drive by.

I do agree with all those problems Priest has, but my post never aimed to solve them
Thank you Mr.CustomHearthstone totally forgot about that portion of it, so I decided to make another one. Hounds are 1-1's. Compared to cabalist tome this seems a bit OP, but mages spells are generally a lot more effective than Hunter spells. Although you could have ridiculous RNG. Plus mage has a lot of spell synergy. My original draft was to add Five random hunter spells, and put a secret into play. BUt that didn't keep sequence with the 5's.

Ummm... I'm not sure if you've noticed, but this card is pretty broken. You get 5/5 worth of stats from the Hounds and you also "draw" 5 spells. Having to deal with 1 more Kill Command, Animal Companion, or Call of the Wild doesn't really sound like a pleasant experience. At least with Lock and Load, you still need several spells in hand to put it to good use. I say, it should only add 3 spells to your hand and summon 3 Hounds to make it more 'balanced', but even then I'm still not sure. Your safest bet would be: 4-mana spell; "Add 2 random spells to your hand and summon 2 1/1 Hounds." Nice idea, though!
As for the OP's cards, they're actually really good and the ideas behind them are just as great. However, Outlands Portal is the weakest of the portals IMO. Discarding 3 cards for a 3-cost minion - no, thanks. Maybe you could also make it summon three 3-cost minions, but then it'd be incredibly OP. Booty Bay Portal and Wyrmrest Portal are my favorites :)
That card would be an autoinclude in practically every priest deck.
So 2xLightspawns, 2xPortals, 2xHolyChamps, 2xHoodedPriestesses, 2xPriest-of-the-Feast, 2xAuchenai, 2xShiftingShades, 2xSpawnsOfShadows, 2xSWH, 2xShadowMadnesses, 2xMindgames, 2xMassDispells, 2xPandas (To play my lovely 4-cost cards once more), Barnes (To summon another great 4-cost minion), 2xDarkIronDwarves (such a great statline... And even buffs another 4-drops)... And Ogre Magi (For the statline ofc)..... We clealrly need more 4-cost cards for Priest....

The portals have a really cool design to them, so I decided to make some of my own for the classes that didn't receive any.
Just wanted to say that I've never played WoW so sorry if the places don't actually have portals to them, or if they don't match the class.
Possible changes/balancing to cards:
This is a balanced version of Shattrath Shifter.
Not completely sure of the balance of all the cards, but yeah, good idea.
I wonder why we didn't receive a portal for each class, it'd have been cool.
Why do Even fictionary priestcards suck?

IWould change outlands portal to
Discard a random card - summon a random minion that costs that much
Outland Portal should be made as official card. Discard warlock ftw. ;)

I'm pretty sure I visited Booty Bay Portal when I was in the navy.

Why even fanmade Rogue cards are good for Arena and bad for Constructed?
