I've been meaning to do this for a while now. Now that I have over 40 cards created, I thought this would be the time for it. Feel free to offer you're thoughts if you want. I will post new cards as I make them.

Well that's what I got for now. If you would like to ask about the design of some cards feel free to and I will answer as quickly as possible. I will likely change some cards, as some are a bit out date compared to what is current or need balancing.
If you like these cards go check out my Heroes of The Storm cards also, here.
Aegwynn - Wish for Power doesn't seem to be stated what it does
Scarlet Knight - Made obsolete by that C'thun card which is the same thing
Chain Lightning - Super overpowered compared to current options
Most of the 9 drops - Super underpowered compared to current options
Pyromatic Cultist - Really underpowered
Archimonde - Should really be summoning multiple infernals. That's what the WC3 hero version was known for.
Sargeras - What you gave him was strong but it's also similar to N'zoth. I dunno, I'd prefer something unique and devastating. This guy is probably the most powerful guy in the entire WC3 universe. But he doesn't really affect Azeroth directly. Maybe making him into your hero with a strong hero power would be better. Maybe summoned by a different card.
Kael,Thalas Sunstrider sets up a possible OTK with Apprentice ,Double Frostbolt, Double Ice Lance on turn 10. Just though you should know. I do like the design though.

On the subject of the mage cultist, I think you are really underestimating it. It's basically Fireball on a body if I made it cheaper or increased it's power, it would be overpowerd.
Xuen, Bringer of Justice and Algalon could use a power boost that's for sure, but other than that most of the other ones are at a respectable power level. Headless Horseman gives you 8/9 worth of stats on turn 1, while Murzond is a free Sap every turn. Of course then there is Lei Shen gives you 3 Lightning Bolts which is 9 damage, that unlike Rhonin can have it's damage chosen.
Archimonde had his effect based on The Finger of Death ability as it was for a card design and a similar idea to what you stated was already submitted.
Sargeras is kinda similar to N'zoth but he is always giving you 6 Demons as long as he is the only minion on your side of the field when played and the you don't need to have the Demons in your deck. I'm surprised you didn't mention how similar to Hogger Hakkar is.
Anyways I will do some power boosting to a few cards.
Nice cards. A lot of these cards seem strong, but strong is good, and keeps the game interesting.
I personally think Sargeras is WAY too strong, even with the requirement to summon Demons to play this card. Their are 2 other minions that are similar to this card that I can think of: N'Zoth, the Corrupter, and Varian Wrynn. Both of these cards are very strong in the right decks. Varian Wrynn costs 10 mana, has 6 less stats, can only summon, at maximum, 3 extra minions, and even has the small chance of summoning none. N'Zoth has even worse stats, and you're actually limited in what minions you can play because you don't want to have too many, since you want to make sure N'Zoth summons the good Deathrattle minions. I definitely think Sargeras needs a nerf. But otherwise, I don't see many problems with the cards you have. :)
I agree with Dezitronik, its a full finisher, even at cost 10, its too OP, maybe summon 2-3 demons instead and reducing its stats to 8/8?
Also I am having a little complain on Polymorphic Arcanist, seems VERY OP as you get a 2/4 and a free Polymorph (at random)for the rest of the turns it survives, probably gotta change the penguin stats

I can't find anything "wrong" with these cards so i'm just going to list some thoughts my favorites from each class.
Kael'than Sunstrider- I love this guy and i'm glad you gave him his own card. But, the maximum amount of spell damage you could gain is +4 and he would probably be dead by the next turn so you might not gain the bonuses either way. I like the card but it might need some tweaking Runed Protector- What this card proposes is a Secret Paladin? Divine Paladin hybrid and that scares me. Sargeras- Again, great guy who needed his own card. This one sounds really cool and by summoning demons you could potentially get really powerful ones without any of the drawbacks. It's a long term move though and it does require a semi-empty board to maximize its cost but that's still pretty damn cool. Power Word: Fortitude- Personally, I thought Power Word: Barrier was too strong and while Priest might need an invulnerability card i don't think that's it. However, mass health boost sounds like a good idea and I think that could work out well for defensive Priest decks. Crimson Vial- This is good because once rogues lose thier health they really have no way of getting it back, they rely on killing thier enemies outright to keep themselves protected and sometimes that doesn't work out. Crimson Vial gives health back and is a combo card, which I love, so good job. Lei Shen- Lighting bolt may not be a powerful spell and you're looking at -3 mana next turn for 9 extra damage but it does seem like a great way to kill several smaller minions to let Lei Shen go face. Arch Druid Lilliandra- ...There was only two there and hurricane seemed a little underwhelming. I think I would rather take Starcall. Eagle Eye- Possible better than Call Pet if you have enough cards so i'm down with that. Seasoned Duelist- ... I like it better than the other one I guess. Chained Dragon- You cannot buff this minion. The second you give it a spell it will silence itself and turn into a regular minion. I'm still uncertain whether 5 attack for a 3 cost card is worth it.
I loved pretty much all of these cards and I think you did a great job.
I stopped looking after such balancing problems. Most cards are too weak. But it's better to be too weak than OP when creating custom cards IMO. Most people make OP stuff that is ridic
After reading all the new comments here are the things I would like to say. Sargeras was intentionally made to be very powerful. His original effect was to give all friendly demons +2/+2, but I think you know how that flew in the discussion topic for WCD. I may change him but I will need to think about it. Kael'Thas, one of the few cards that was a finalist in WCD and which I actually could've submitted last week for the combo card creation but I totally forgot about that, anyways I always seemed to get mixed opinions for him, some people think he's too weak while others complain of the 10+ combos people have created with him. On turn 6, he does nothing really, while his strongest form is on turn 10. So I won't be changing him mostly due to the fact that he's as balanced as he's going to get at the moment, since he was meant as an OTK enabler.
Then finally I come to the broad spectrum of all the cards. I've divided my cards into 4 categories, intentionally weak, balanced, intentionally powerful and flavor cards. I can't really tell you what cards fit where since that's your own opinion, but I try my best to make flavorful balanced cards. Some like Hurricane as mentioned are weak, why? Mostly because I don't think Druid needs a good AoE, because it doesn't fit the class fantasy. Not all cards in card games need to be powerful, weak or even balanced sometimes, saying almost all card games do exactly that. They make a combination of powerful, weak and balanced cards, I simply follow that idea. But like I was saying before I aim for flavor and balance. I don't really care if it will be played or not, some cards may be a bit too powerful but that's why you're all here to tell me which ones.
Anyways thanks for reading the giant block of text, along with offering your input, like I said before I will think about changing Sargeras, but it will likely be around next week.
