As a reverse Sacrificial Pact, the Demon restriction is appropriate. Consider upping the cost, though. Dropping a 3/7 Flame Imp on turn 1 may or may not be worth 8 heath. A 1/8 Voidwalker might be worth 5 health, too.
I like it! It seems balanced because of the restriction, otherwise it could be a little too much I think. However I think you should switch the text around, to deal damage to your hero first and then give health to the chosen demon. Or, after seeing the post below it might be crazy good. A 3/7 on turn 1 would be Shaman-OP :D Maybe you could make it 2 mana but only damage your hero by 2 points of damage while still giving the demon +5 health? Worse flavorwise, but more balanced.
Every once in a while I think I just nail these card competitions. This is one of those times. I got slime, I got tentacles, I got a new win condition for a class that desparately needs one. It just seems to be everything you'd want in a card. I won't win. Never do. But, every once in a while I think I've hit it out of the park and it feels good.
The old Gods have turned their eyes to the power of the forest, granting Beasts the power to become gargantuan.

You only get standard effects in Standard. Some of these will damage your own minion, that's by design, the mutagen is unstable. Some will draw you a card, you only get the buff, not the card. Note that it's play not summon, so you don't trigger on things like Animal Companion or UTH.
Amazing on something like Jungle Panther where you can just buff it in safety until it's a win condition.
Can't attack: It's a stone statue, what would you expect? :P
Interesting design, although maybe too similar to Ancestral Healing. Consider changing it to allow it to target enemy minions. I think you can also make the text shorter by changing it to: Double a friendly minion's Health and give it Taunt and "Can't Attack." Overload: (1)
Ok, I think I will settle on one of my last two cards, but I really can't decide
Silver Hand General/Commander :
(3rd is the original one)
Seal of Courage :
Which one is the best ?
Silver Hand General / Commander: Even though you explained that minions that get buffed (and thus get more than 1 Attack) would lose Charge, that kind of inner mechanic seems obscure and counter-intuitive. Unlike Thundra Rhino, where minions are either Beasts or they are not (they can't magically become one or stop being one), it is extremely easy to modify a minion's Attack - so gaining and losing Charge dynamically would be both weird and frustrating.
Might be better to just make Silver Hand Recruit have Charge, even if they can be buffed to have extra damage.
Seal of Courage: Themathically, I think this spell makes the most sense if it takes enemies into account, rather than allies. After all, you'd want to inspire courage on your soldiers when their odds are bad, and their foes are powerful. I don't think it's reasonable to make it work off friendlies, as that's an offensive combo under your control, rather than the kind of comeback I'd expect from something related to courage.
Personally, I'd say neither is good - I'd actually make it work off enemies only, so that it becomes a tech card of sorts against decks with large minions, and not yet-another-card-to-go-face after buffing a single minion immensely.
I thought, it'd go well with cards like Commanding Shout or Faceless Manipulator for control warrior. Do you think it's balanced or should I lower it's cost a bit?

Just in case you hadn't notice yet. there is a typo on the card text.
If this card make the minion can't attack the enemy Hero I think it cost too much. This card is basically a board clear using your minion, so it depend on the stat of the minion to be a good card. I personally think that 3 mana cost is more fitting. The interesting part is when this card is used on Grim Patron with Commanding Shout as a combo, you can generate minion plus you can clear the enemy board.
Hey guys! Do you mind checking my entry for this time!!
Thanks.....
Very similar to Argent Protector in terms of being a 2/2 Paladin minion that gives divine shield. You get the bonus of having it occur twice, but the downside is that you can't choose the targets and that it costs 3. A 2/2 for 2 is acceptable but not great, whereas a 2/2 for 3 is pretty bad. It's also quite similar to Selfless Hero. I would try to differentiate it in some way, so it doesn't just feel like both of these cards jammed together. Maybe make it stronger and more expensive.
This is pretty difficult to evaluate balance-wise. On paper it seems overcosted because the cost of the Divine Spirit effect should be cancelled out by the "Can't Attack" but all the effects together in one card does sound pretty strong. I'd consider changing the cost and overload, one mana with no overload I'd say is probably the lowest it could be — it might still be fine as it is. Really neat concept, though.
What a wacky card. I think you should try to specify the effect more in the text, since something like this hasn't been in the game before, and what kind of "buff" in general isn't really clear. Interesting for a win condition.
Both cards seem balanced to me, but I think Alpha Status really stands out more. It may honestly be just because I'd love a reason to play Bloodfen Raptor, but the condition is really neat with a good reward too, so.

Thanks for the feedback! I was considering changing the order of the text as soon as I saw how it looked, so I'll be sure to get on that. In terms of balance, it does seem a little too strong. Having the damage and health be equal, the cost would always be 0 so I'm thinking maybe just tuning it down to 3 and/or making it cost 1.

Thanks for the feedback! Going off this idea, I decided to make a neutral The Mistcaller.
Any thoughts on balance? I'm trying to decide between 1/3 and 2/1.
Wasn't really sure where to go with this week's theme, then I thought about an old idea I had.
The Demon restriction is mostly for flavor, I think it'd be balanced either way. Thoughts?

Mini-competition #1 - Buff your demons or have Yogg-Saron eat your face.
Love the idea, but as he has Stealth himself for a turn, maybe make him a 4/4? You then have an okay 4 drop which casts Conceal for both players.
Below are my updated ideas.
Ok, I think I will settle on one of my last two cards, but I really can't decide

Seal of Courage :
Which one is the best ?
Custom cards :

EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Thinking about this card. Thoughts?
Double health: stone is more durable than flesh
Taunt: It's in your opponent's way
Can't attack: It's a stone statue, what would you expect? :P
My advice is raise the overload to 2.
Question to mods: Would Darkspeaker fit this weeks rules?
