Useful in a similar but quite distinct way from Cabalist's Tome. Because these spells are shuffled into your deck, the card can have a lower mana cost - but also has an upside to playing it later after other cards. There aren't too many awful spells you could shuffle into your deck as a Rogue, and given the powerful draw engine Rogues can get going any additional spells can be useful.
And the Ship's Cannons fire wild! This is a high-risk high-return tempo card for Pirate Rogue, similar to the old Zombie Chow. Hero health is a much more scarce resource for Rogues than other classes, but the ability to slam down two 3/3s on turn 3 can allow you to get ahead and carry the game to victory before your hero explodes.
Summon quote: Yarr! Back for the loot! Attack quote: The depths show no mercy!
Starts off as a generally weak card when compared to something like Flash Heal, but as a game goes on, this card will keep coming back with more and more power, making it a great pick for any deck looking to make it to the very late game.
Control hunter! On its own, this would be worth a little under 3 mana, but you basically get an extra hero power for the rest of the game. This can be pretty important, since the Hunter hero power usually can't help you with the board.
Compare to Justicar Trueheart- you lose a little over 1 mana when played, to gain a doubled hero power.

Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Salvage Squad is somewhat similar to Raven Idol. Upside is you get to choose between spells good enough to be in your deck. Some token spells and The Coin could pop up, but most of them will be spells from your deck. Downside is you can't choose minions and you can't play it before you cast at least 3 spells (it would not glow green) so unlike Raven Idol it is unplayable on turn 1.

Upon slaying the Wolf, the lumberjacks found out that it was only half the problem.
Maybe a better Fiery War Axe but maybe not.
