They are explained more in the bottom of the spoilers Below
Hi! I Got bored with the Pirate expansion i was working on and decided to swap theme, at least for now- for the 'Tale of Fairies' expansion. I am really excited to show you the cards, a few at a time.
So- mechanics:
- No new keywords (at this stage of the design)- i felt like making the expansion without new keywords will help me design better cards.
- A new tribe, Fairies- the fairy expansion just had to include a brand new Fairy tribe. unlike tribes like Mechs or Murlocs, the Fairy tribe is designed to be a weaker tribe from a synergy point of view. There will be a few cards that interact with Fairies, but the Fairies themselves, will be strong on their own. Some themes of this tribe from a mechanic's point of view are small creatures, generally controlly, that can interact with magic in pretty interesting ways.
- Beasts are getting some love! Yay!
-Pushing the boundries- this expansion will include effects that right now will feel pretty wierd in hearthstone, but one of my goals with my designs is to make them fit hearthstone. If you are unsure about how a wierd effect would look on the game client, i would love to explain- and maybe change the cards with those effects. (these include: Time manipulation, Auras and even a diffrent win condition that i will love to show you).
so, the cards:
Your Fairy Tale- you are summoned to to the magical forest! The deeds you do today may become the Fairy Tales of tommrow!
Today you will hear a story about Linn. Linn was just an ordinary explorer until he was called to the magical forest, there he discovered a special power he had- the power to slow time at his will! after discovering that, Linn wanted to use all of his power in order to Freeze time completely. Linn sadly killed himself while channeling his powers, but he did it! he was the only one to stop time in all of Azeroth. Not only that you can add this Fairy Tale hero to your deck, but you can even use the final gift of Linn, the Clockstopper!
Preeeeeeeeety Good!
A paladin draw spell that fits late game legendary decks and control playstyles. You got to have at least 5 legendaries in your deck for Hymm of Myth to be better than 1 mana draw a card, but you can sometimes get really lucky and draw 5 legendaries with it. I think it will be extremely funny in Total Biscuit's 30 legendary deck- it will burn 20 cards and start fatiguing you.
Some druids just don't think that shapeshifting into bears and stuff is cool enough! One of those Druids is crazy enough to climb imaginery stairs to find Elune, the awesome moon goodess. He will never reach her. Right?... This card is one of the craziest i ever made and is an alternative win condition- not a thing that is currently in hearthstone. i made sure that the card is pretty weak (I dont think it can be played competitively)- i made the win condition cost you 50 mana overall and make you use 10 cards over the course of the game (without helping your board) which is a huge hinder. I think people will find interesting ways to make it work, maybe in a mill deck with a lot of heals and card draws. Visually, the card will be shown like a secret over the head of your hero, but with the number of Stairs to Elune played instead of the usual question mark. I am really not sure about the balance of this. Is this fine right now? too OP? or maybe can be pushed a little bit more? let me know!
This card was much stronger when i made it originally, but after i remembered that Flamewreathed Faceless is real and nerfed this. This ancient magical Totem is still very powerful, and paired with Overload cards, it makes Bloodlustseem just funny. Keep in mind that Totem of Ankarash gains the Attack buff too.
Now you can be a hero too! This spell can be very strong, giving you Divine Shield and protecting your minions for a turn at the cost of your own health. I could see this being extremely strong in aggro, but remember that you got to have a board for this to be any good.
Is this a Fairy? Is this a mech? No, its Anaxix the Liar. This girl has some crazy synergy with tribe buffing cards. It can be buffed byHoundmaster and even make Blackwing Corruptor deal 3 damage while you holding it!
Your future has been seen! You are going to play awesome big minions! Prophecy can have a lot of value in it, even if it makes you lose a lot of tempo. What do you think about this? Is it too strong, too weak, or maybe just right?
Battle takes wings- Meet the Fairies- those tiny flying creatures that we all love have entered the tavern in a loud hum. These guys look friendly and harmless, but they have a few tricks, and cards, up their sleeve (or wing).Put your spoiler here.
This Sneaky huntress is a great arena card at worst, and an amazing ranked card at best. The battlecry can help you clearing leftover small enemy minions and the stealth allowes you to pile a lot of buffs on top of this wonderful Fairy.
One of the few cards that actually interact with Fairies, the cute Ladybug is perfect if you are running a Fairy based deck, offering a 2/7 stats for 3 mana. Note that the Enchanted Ladybug itself is not a Fairy (well, of course its not a Fairy, its a freaking awesome Ladybug).
With a bit of planning, even the gratest of Warriors can be caught off guard. This card is an option for Rouge to kill sticky minions with no card disadvantage. This is the Silence alternative to Shiv.
Qiona Cloudmouth, council member of the higest clouds, and annoyer of enemys. This cheap Legendary is perfect for confusing and playing Mind games with your opponent. The enemy may be so scared to give you value from the random secrets, that he may not play his turn to his fullest. Kind of a new Mad Scientist , but i think that its much more intersting to play with and against. What will you be happy to get from Qiona? A Counterspell ? Maybe a Duplicate ?
This beefy iilusion made by fairies helps them a lot. it can do almost everything, except hitting the face and making decent coffee.
This fairy was rejected from the magical forest, and now gathers under the ground all of those that couldnt find a home anywhere else. She has a army of angry minions that are just seeking vengence for not putting them in your deck (Dark Peddler) or just not drawing them in time (Sense Demons).
Just a boring Fairy. Every expansion is got to have some basic vanila minions.
Ths card i think is pretty good in Control Warrior. It can trade with a threatening aggresive minion and even give you a copy of your weapon if you have one. Is this balanced?
While not a Fairy itself, this card has some really big and interesting value if played in the right deck. It may be hard to both have a Fairy and the mana to play Secretbender though.
Nia, an extremely powerful Fairy wizard, is willing to help you gain the evasiveness of Fairies, making your hero immune to spells and Hero Powers. It means two things: Your hero can't be targeted by spells, and he is also not effected by AOE, so Steady Shot will do nothing , and Consencrationwill not deal the 2 damage to face. Nia can just prevent your opponent from finishing you off for a long time if you have board control, so she can be amazing paired with healing in control and Fatigue decks.
While Gatekeeper of Essa may seem weak at first, you need to remember that the discount lasts until you play a card, meaning you can play a 6 drop at turn 5.
"Great minds think alike". So if both players are holding Ragnaros the Firelord you get to play you rag along with Prophet Qilarz. If you don't want to rely only on luck with this Legendary, cards like Mind Vision or evenThoughtstealwill be extremely cool (and the new and unreleased Mind Vortex).
This is my favorite card i made in all of the expansion. It may seem bad at first glance, but it can make you play 5 high cost spells at the same turn. The list of Standard cards this works with is: Assassinate [/card], [card]Sap , Gang Up , Sprint [/card], [card]Vanish , Burgle [/card], [card]Thistle Tea , Beneath the Groundsand Distract and Double kill from my expansion. It can lead to Miracle like turns, but instead of going face, this card makes you draw and destroy minions.
Nature of the forest- the magical forest also has some magical creatures of mother nature. these beasts are not the ordinary animals of azzeroth... they all seem to have a little bit of... magic in their blood.
This is an ordinary Stranglethorn Tiger , that gained the blessing of moonlight and lost some color pigments. It has Beast synergy, can attack for big damage, and can almost ensure a round of buffed Swipes - great for Malygos [/card]decks. Its a [card]Mini Mage that doesnt die to any AOE ever.
Just a nice beautyful beast for control hunter that also has Deathrattle synergy. Do you think its good enough to see play?
This card tells the story of Tarix- the last of his kind. His magical powers and rarity made Hunters from all over the world try and hunt him, but so far no one have succeeded... Until you entered the forest. But Yuvalito, why would i want to summon a minion for my opponent?? well:
Yep. Tarix's powers of survivalism and Longevity are transfered to his hunter, fully healing you if you kill him.
This little guy is so cute! it can be played as a 1 drop in beast decks and basicly lets you run a 32 card deck with 4 Swipes which is awesome. It may be run in mill to make you take Fatigue damage later than your opponent, and fuel you with more removal.
Lies and Butterflies- Those seemingly harmless creatures led by the great Bluewing can do some crazy things when played by the swarms!
"These are only some butterflies, what can they do?"Famous last words-. Try to Gang Up those guys and see what happens. Also, this card has a lot of synergy this expansion, so stay tuned- Butterfly decks will be real.
The first and not last Butterfly Swarm helper. It is fine as is, a 4/3 Stealth that gives you a 1 mana 1/1 when it dies. But what if it gave you a 1 mana 3/3? a 1 mana 6/6? It could be crazy. Play this with regular copies of Butterfly Swarm and with Gang Ups ! also, it could be fun with Nzoth, the Corruptor!
" the flap of a butterfly’s wings in Brazil set off a board wipe in Texas?". a good card for butterfly decks willing to play the control game.
You can often play Keeper of Nectar for free in your Fairy deck late game, and that is really really good!
Dragons of magic- This expansion also has some cool Dragons! Not the scary fiery ones of Blackrock Mountain, but much cuter enchanted dragons, with many of them tied to fairy tales and legends.
This is Loatheb's Standard brother. While increasing the cost of enemy spells by only (1), the Drake of Essa's effect can last for much longer than 1 turn. Would you run it in your dragon deck?
This mini Faerie Dragon can be really good. It triggers 'Holding a Dragon' while also being a 2/1 on the early game, but can also be played turn 10 with Ysera [/card]or [card]Malygos to protect them extremely well. This card used to buff any minion, but i feared that it may be too strong. What do you think?
changed cards:
The old Qiona Cloudmouth. Text: Qiona Cloudmouth, council member of the higest clouds, and annoyer of enemys. This cheap Legendary is perfect for confusing and playing Mind games with your opponent. The enemy may be so scared to give you value from the random secret, that he may not play his turn to his fullest. Kind of a new Mad Scientist , but i think that its much more intersting to play with and against. What will you be happy to get from Qiona? A Counterspell ? Maybe a Duplicate ? (Im not sure about the balance of this one, it used to be 2 mana 1/3 that attaches 2 random secrets but that seemed a little to crazy to me. what do you think? Do you think even the current version is too strong? Or perhaps really weak and needs buffing?)
The way you bold "No", I thought there is a new keyword "No" and actually was looking for it :(
It sounds like an awesome mechanic though :D. On topic, careful about Stealth and Battlecry, they might have weird interation, you might want to change the order.

Lol that is funny. Do you think "Battlecry: Deal 1 damage and gain Stealth" is better? or the card could just be coded to have to battlecry occur before the Stealth gain somehow.
(Also, a new card is added in the first spolier take a look at him if you want :P).
Regarding Quiona, I think it actually needs a bit of a buff. With the design right now, you'll get an unknown secret. The thing is, your opponent will probably spend their turn playing a minion and going face, and there is a small chance Quiona might get you a value Vaporize or ME. I'll tentatively suggest making it a 1 mana 1/2 with discover a secret that lasts until the start of your turn. This way the card is a bit more tuned/skillful for both you and your opponent. What do you think?

My first version on the card was a 1 mana 1/1 that attaches 2 random mage secrets to your hero, but i was afraid that people would think that it is very OP. I like your version too but i think that discovering would make some secrets almost never see play through this ability.
maybe even push my 2 secret version to a 1 mana 1/2?
That's true, random is more fun. For random, the current version is good. Maybe if you wanted 2 secrets you could make it a 3 mana 1/1? That way you could use it as an annoying midgame thing to play around that weakened their next turn. Very fairy-like.
Hopefully, this is a fairly comprehensive list of stuff. I will probably do another pass over once the set is more fleshed out.
Clockstopper Linn I’ve met Elise Starseeker and you, sir, are no Elise Starseeker. ‘Stop Time’ might be powerful, but it doesn’t win you the game like the Golden Monkey does by itself; you need cards to combo with it. Linn quite possibly has the worst stat to cost ratio of any minion that doesn’t have an immediate effect on the board. The result is that, unless the game is completely stalled out (in which case, Elise is still probably the better option, since Linn requires you to have resources to play with), playing Linn is a potentially game losing play; you’re essentially playing a vanilla minion with 3-4 mana worth of stats for 9.
Lunar Tiger So, it’s Stranglethorn Tiger +1 Mana & +1 Spell Power. Beast Druid cards aren’t quite as desperately in need of Beasts sticking to the board as some of the Mid-Range Hunter cards (most notably Ram Wrangler and Pack Houndmaster (EDIT: derp)). Spell Power works well with Swipe, as always, but I don’t think this guy’s going to be unseating Azure Drake in Druid, unfortunately. In Arena, I think it’s usually just a worse Stranglethorn Tiger. I think you could’ve probably gotten away with giving it an extra point or two in its stats; class cards are meant to be stronger than neutrals, y’know?
Stairway to Elune I honestly don’t think Hearthstone should have ‘alternate win condition’ cards, but that’s a personal opinion of mine. As a card, Stairway to Elune is either completely broken or completely useless, depending on whether the shell that surrounds it actually works. If there’s a heavy Druid Control deck available for it that can consistently stall the game, the only way to deal with Stairway to Elune is Counterspell. Or milling it, I guess. If the deck can’t sustain itself, there isn’t a home for the card.
Prized Stag Really should be a neutral card instead of a Hunter card, even if it is a beast. Blizzard has made it pretty clear that healing isn’t in Hunter’s wheelhouse. It might also be a little too strong if you compare it directly to Refreshment Vendor or Cult Apothecary, but that’s really me just nitpicking.
Legend of Tarix Okay, I’m mildly disappointed that this wasn’t called ‘Wild/Wyld Hunt’ :P. Aside from that, it’s a super flavourful card, even if it again might break certain ‘colour pie’ rules when it comes to Hunter. That said, I think the manner in which the healing is obtained might debatably bypass the issues. It also might be a little under costed, considering it dies to Kill Command, plus Hunter’s Mark is a thing. Also, super trolly if your opponent is playing priest. “Auchenai Soul Priest. Kill Tarix. 30 DAMAGE TO YOUR FACE.”
Butterfly Swarm/Agent of Blue/Butterfly Effect Need more information/examples before I can safely judge these cards, but if they’re given as much support as C’Thun, I’m pretty sure Butterfly Aggro would be terrible to go up against.
Secret Bender If Fairies are meant to be to secrets as Pirates are to weapons… Eh. I guess that works, but that still doesn’t make me like this card. Even considering Qiona or Nia (with the potential that the Secret could grab Counterspell, Spell Bender or Effigy), the synergy feels forced, since most fairies don’t actually care about secrets.
Hymn of Myths Putting this at common is really cruel for Arena Paladins; they’re going to see a thousand of them for each legend they draft. Aside from that, it seems fine. A ‘Hymn’ is debatably a Priest concept, but eh.
Queen of the Unwanted Seems very out of character for Warlock, who usually relies on neutral buffs or demon specific buffs (or power overwhelming, but that doesn’t count :P), especially since Warlock is the card draw class. When it comes to ‘put a minion in your hand’, they have Sense Demons and Dark Peddler. I believe that’s the extent of it (plus neutral cards). From the name, it feels more like it should interact with discarded/milled cards/minions.
Totem of Ankarash Another common that feels terrible in arena, albeit less so than some others. There’s still going to be times when you don’t see an Overload card, though. There might be some stupid combo that does a bunch of damage, but I can’t think of it. Seems fine enough.
Nia the Untouchable While I can appreciate what you’re trying to do, she’s way too fragile to be particularly good. 9/10 times, most decks that want to kill you with spells will blow her up pretty easily. Only decks I can think of which would really hate this card would be old Oil Rogue and Combo Priest; most other decks that end with spell damage (Freeze Mage, Hunter with double SKill Command, etc) have ways of killing 4/4s.
Lesser Fairy It’s a vanilla 2 mana 2/3. Stop the presses.
Cicada Hunter If you go by the stats of Ironforge Rifleman, this might be a little strong, but the Rifleman is kinda bad anyway, so I don’t think anyone minds. Powerful arena card. Hard to say in contructed.
Enchanted Ladybug For a neutral minion, it’s 1-2 stat points above what it should be (compare/contrast Carrion Grub); it should be a 2/4 at best. Doesn’t have amazing synergy with the stuff it’s buffing since most fairies have a decent amount of their value invested in Battlecry or other immediate effects.
Blade of Liona Interesting card. Not terrible without its battlecry and becomes very valuable with it. Only issue is whether there’s a deck that can make use of it.
Qiona Cloudmouth On one hand, potentially 7 mana worth of cards for 2 mana. On the other hand, a ridiculous amount of RNG and can be completely avoided basically by passing your turn, maybe playing a couple of weak-ish minions (thus only playing into Mirror Entity). It could probably do with being a 3 man 2/3, but gauging the power of that effect is difficult.
I hate it when that happens. I use a laptop, so I don't have to deal with power outages, but I've lost long posts to Firefox crashing before. Nowadays, I usually write posts up in a word processor before actually posting them.
Also I missed commenting on Flaming Servant. It's okay! Maybe a little OP, since it's nearly as good as Icehowl, but cheaper. It's still within the realms of 'doesn't completely break the game'.
An early game Legendary for Paladin. Can be used to aid control, but has a chance to be used in Aggro. Or not. Due to its being a Deathrattle, it synergizes with N'Zoth, the Corruptor
The concept is "Guardian Angel", and I kinda think it counts with the fairy theme.
Here are my reviews: Secretbender seems a like a fine card, but would you play it over Faceless Summoner? Maybe Secretbender would be more useful in a control style deck where you want Secrets rather than a pro-active threat. Totem of Ankarash I would've said a few months ago was great, but now seems a little too strong. If you have a good start with this on T3 followed up with Flamewreathed Faceless, then it starts going crazy. The Butterfly Effect is very interesting. If you only play one Butterfly it is a better Consecrate, but is (1) mana worth consistency? If you play another Butterfly this card becomes quite strong. (3) mana for a Patron clear Yes please. Nia the Untouchable seems very weak at first glance, so much that Bolf Ramshield looks like a straight up better choice. 6 mana for a 4/4 is insanely terrible tempo, as we see through The Mistcaller. Not only that, but it only stops 4 damage from your hero. It might see play if it was a 6/6. Legend of Tarix is probably my favourite card. I would absolutely love a card like this in the game. It not only has good flavor, but a good effect for a Hunter, most of all being completely balanced. You are basically using (6)-mana and multiple cards to restore your hero, which seems pretty worth. Great card. Clockstopper Linn not sure how this card is supposed to work. I was looking at the body and was expected Stop Time to be exceedingly powerful, but that is not the case. Or maybe I'm missing something? Stop Time is only useful with some sort of ramp (i.e. Innervate, Preparation) but then again only gives you 2-3 mana advantage, as it costs (10) and your next turn you will have 10 mana so nothing is gained? If I'm missing something please explain. Hymn of Myths is an interesting card. Obviously only used in niche decks, and maybe control decks wouldn't want to run it as they don't want to fatigue. Stairs to Elune is an absolutely crazy concept, but I love it. It is extremely hard to pull off, and frankly if you do, you deserve to win the next 5 games. Might be a good card in fatigue druid, as you don't need to win the game with it, it just fills your deck with theoretically unlimited cards. Cicada Huntress looks like it has something fundamentally wrong with it. If a minion DEALS DAMAGE (whether it is through Attack or effect) will lose Stealth. So by the looks of your card it will lose Stealth as soon as its Battlecry is done. However that said, a (4)-mana 3/4 Deal 1 damage effect is still decent. Enchanted Ladybug seems similar to Houndmaster and Wildwalker in a way that if you have the specified minion it will give you value 1-up than your curve. Decent card. Distract seems like a particularly useful card, especially in Aggro Rogue archtypes whereIronbeak Owl has been nerfed. Just a mention, the undamaged minion part doesn't seem to fit, and it would be not broken if you could Silence any minion. Quiona Cloudmouth looks strong at first glance. It reminds me of Doomsayer in a way, as it prevents your opponent from playing stuff. Except this card is significantly better as you can play it while behind and it leaves behind a 1/3 body. Flaming Servant is absolutely insane. This card single handedly provides you two things, a fast answer to something dangerous on the board, as well as a Taunt. Hell, the card wouldn't even be terrible if it didn't have Charge. Queen of the Unwanted has a nice flavor and effect. But could be worded a little better, maybe something like: "If you add a minion to your hand (except by drawing it)". Lesser Fairy is Beckoner of Evil. Blade of Liona pretty good card. Allows you to fight midrange threats as well as give you some more stability in the lategame. Comparable to Malkorok. Lunar Tiger as you mentioned is very good with Swipe. Also good with Beast synergy released in the new set. Would most likely see play in most Druid decks. Prized Stag looks like an interesting card for Control Hunter, with a split healing distribution. Butterfly Swarm seems incredibly weak, as at its peak without any support it is a 1-mana 2/2, which is not good enough. The only possible niche this card provides is for The Butterfly Effect as well as maybe Dark Peddler. Agent of Bluewing.. oops ignore what I said previously. This card allows you to make good use of Butterfly Swarm, however denies you the ability to use the Butterfly Effect in the same deck.
There are my thoughts on the cards. Please explain Clockstopper Linn if you have the time. :-]
The one big thing you are missing with Stop Time is the ability to make all your minions attack twice (once each turn)!
I really appreciate you guys writing your opinion here. I will change some of the cards soon based on the feedback i got from you.
Also, Hackergrad, i love the card but have a really similar card already made (havent posted it yet).. I will add your card in one of the next updated of the expansion i think (and give you credit for it).

Myths of the Pantheon -A card a day (on a break right now) -Full Moon of Gilneas -A Tale of Fairies - Dalaran Expansion 2 - The Dark Forest - Dalaran Expansion 1 - Pirate Expansion 2 - Pirate Expansion 1 - Spring of Kimjau -Seige at Orgimmar - Journeys Abound
Qiona should clarify that it's at the start of your Turn.
The way you bold "No", I thought there is a new keyword "No" and actually was looking for it :(
It sounds like an awesome mechanic though :D. On topic, careful about Stealth and Battlecry, they might have weird interation, you might want to change the order.

That's true, random is more fun. For random, the current version is good. Maybe if you wanted 2 secrets you could make it a 3 mana 1/1? That way you could use it as an annoying midgame thing to play around that weakened their next turn. Very fairy-like.
Cool! But i think i will make it a little stronger than a 3 mana 1/1. Will add the changed Qiona the next time i upload new cards :)

Hopefully, this is a fairly comprehensive list of stuff. I will probably do another pass over once the set is more fleshed out.
Clockstopper Linn
I’ve met Elise Starseeker and you, sir, are no Elise Starseeker.
Lunar Tiger
So, it’s Stranglethorn Tiger +1 Mana & +1 Spell Power. Beast Druid cards aren’t quite as desperately in need of Beasts sticking to the board as some of the Mid-Range Hunter cards (most notably Ram Wrangler and
PackHoundmaster (EDIT: derp)). Spell Power works well with Swipe, as always, but I don’t think this guy’s going to be unseating Azure Drake in Druid, unfortunately. In Arena, I think it’s usually just a worse Stranglethorn Tiger. I think you could’ve probably gotten away with giving it an extra point or two in its stats; class cards are meant to be stronger than neutrals, y’know?Stairway to Elune
I honestly don’t think Hearthstone should have ‘alternate win condition’ cards, but that’s a personal opinion of mine.
Prized Stag
Really should be a neutral card instead of a Hunter card, even if it is a beast. Blizzard has made it pretty clear that healing isn’t in Hunter’s wheelhouse. It might also be a little too strong if you compare it directly to Refreshment Vendor or Cult Apothecary, but that’s really me just nitpicking.
Legend of Tarix
Okay, I’m mildly disappointed that this wasn’t called ‘Wild/Wyld Hunt’ :P.
Butterfly Swarm/Agent of Blue/Butterfly Effect
Need more information/examples before I can safely judge these cards, but if they’re given as much support as C’Thun, I’m pretty sure Butterfly Aggro would be terrible to go up against.
Secret Bender
If Fairies are meant to be to secrets as Pirates are to weapons… Eh. I guess that works, but that still doesn’t make me like this card. Even considering Qiona or Nia (with the potential that the Secret could grab Counterspell, Spell Bender or Effigy), the synergy feels forced, since most fairies don’t actually care about secrets.
Hymn of Myths
Putting this at common is really cruel for Arena Paladins; they’re going to see a thousand of them for each legend they draft. Aside from that, it seems fine. A ‘Hymn’ is debatably a Priest concept, but eh.
Queen of the Unwanted
Seems very out of character for Warlock, who usually relies on neutral buffs or demon specific buffs (or power overwhelming, but that doesn’t count :P), especially since Warlock is the card draw class. When it comes to ‘put a minion in your hand’, they have Sense Demons and Dark Peddler. I believe that’s the extent of it (plus neutral cards). From the name, it feels more like it should interact with discarded/milled cards/minions.
Totem of Ankarash
Another common that feels terrible in arena, albeit less so than some others. There’s still going to be times when you don’t see an Overload card, though. There might be some stupid combo that does a bunch of damage, but I can’t think of it. Seems fine enough.
Nia the Untouchable
While I can appreciate what you’re trying to do, she’s way too fragile to be particularly good.
Lesser Fairy
It’s a vanilla 2 mana 2/3. Stop the presses.
Cicada Hunter
If you go by the stats of Ironforge Rifleman, this might be a little strong, but the Rifleman is kinda bad anyway, so I don’t think anyone minds. Powerful arena card. Hard to say in contructed.
Enchanted Ladybug
For a neutral minion, it’s 1-2 stat points above what it should be (compare/contrast Carrion Grub); it should be a 2/4 at best. Doesn’t have amazing synergy with the stuff it’s buffing since most fairies have a decent amount of their value invested in Battlecry or other immediate effects.
Blade of Liona
Interesting card. Not terrible without its battlecry and becomes very valuable with it. Only issue is whether there’s a deck that can make use of it.
Qiona Cloudmouth
On one hand, potentially 7 mana worth of cards for 2 mana. On the other hand, a ridiculous amount of RNG and can be completely avoided basically by passing your turn, maybe playing a couple of weak-ish minions (thus only playing into Mirror Entity). It could probably do with being a 3 man 2/3, but gauging the power of that effect is difficult.
The Tactician Class (LOE Complete!)
I was writing a really long reply for you but i had a power outage and i want to cry now :(

The Tactician Class (LOE Complete!)
I have a fan-made card for your expansion:
An early game Legendary for Paladin. Can be used to aid control, but has a chance to be used in Aggro. Or not. Due to its being a Deathrattle, it synergizes with N'Zoth, the Corruptor
The concept is "Guardian Angel", and I kinda think it counts with the fairy theme.

Here are my reviews:
Secretbender seems a like a fine card, but would you play it over Faceless Summoner?

Thank you very much for replying :)
