Personal thoughts in making this card; I love and I watch any treasure hunt movies, no matter if it's a cult classic or something fresh on the shelve. So taking that, personally to mind, I went with the "Indiana" theme for this one. Simple but easy enough to understand and fits well into into control. And as always, good luck everyone!

Entry - "Knowledge is Power!" Attack - "Time for a lesson, insolent pup!" Death - "Urgh..."
Khadgar is the apprentice of Medivh and one of the most powerful mages in Azeroth. In Hearthstone, it's translated that he can cast any spell for free, because he's that good. :P
Explanation:
The apprentice of Medivh has become the perfect hero for Casino Mages before summoning Yogg-Sauron. Useable in Standard Midrange Tempo Mage as well!
Mana Cost at 9, because Khadgar (9) > Rhonin (8) > Antonidas (7).
Stats-wise, I have intentionally made it much weaker, because that RNG spell might give you something insane, like a 0-mana Pyroblast, or something as useless as a 0-mana Tracking. It's an Unstable Portal on crack for Spells. Also, essentially, it's 2 0-mana spells, so you can use it to buff your Mana Wyrms and Flamewakers!
Spell Statistics:
I've done some math for how often you get something good! Since Khadgar is effectively a 6-mana minion, around 49% of the time, you'll get a 3-mana and above costed spell free! So, it's a coin flip to determine whether you get value or not. All calculations and explanations for stat distributions in the spoilers below:
Khadgar: 5.5 mana worth of Stats + 0.5 mana Spell Damage + 1. Thus, a 6-mana body.
The 3 spells represent the rubs in the lamp to summon him and the "earlier this turn" restricts from counting this card. The "rogue spell" stops any abusement with the Coin (+spells from other classes or bananas) and the "different" stops any abusement with Preparation. In order for this card to be broken you need to have Backstab + Preparation + a 3 or less rogue spell + this card on turn 3. Even you do that, you're left with a 5/5 and an almost empty hand. So, be careful what you wish for mortal!
Really liked this idea. Thought of using a boss from the Naxx expansion because some of the spells in that pack were really cool (no pun intended). So I thought of Sapphiron and his Pure Cold card to be very fitting, and to be for frost mages or control decks just as more fitting :P
EDIT: reapplied card link through imgur, as I used Hearthcards link, opps :P
Flavour Text: He scare to tell Arcanotron that he wishes it was EVE he summoned everytime.
My first submission, hope you guys like it. My reason for the card is tempo play, use on turn 2, 4/4 divide into 2 body, if opponent try to clear it with spell, likely their board will be empty on your next turn, that tempo (advantage 1). Both minion with 2 health, they are unpingable unlike Defias RingleaderMurloc Tidehunter, strong on curve but not OP (advantage 2). Can be use in late game to reach the grasp of big minion, the drawback of cost (1) more for spell is insignificant compare to +2 spell damage during late game as you have more mana to spend, its flexiable (advantage 3). THANKS in advance for your support.
I normally don't like making neutral spells, because there isn't any - but I really couldn't see this card fit any particular class more than the rest. I hope you guys like it!
Let's burn some mana :) Punish those who defy the curve! Real games have curves!

As of LoE Spells...
0-mana Spells: 12
1-mana: 47
2-mana: 54
3-mana: 47
4-mana: 24
5-mana: 16
>5-mana: 24
Total Spells: 224
To generate value, requires getting 3-mana and above spells: 111
Thus, 111/224 = 0.49 (49%)
Edit: Added in Spell Statistics!
Edit2: Added in some Lore Descriptions.
