So, it's becoming increasingly obvious that you just can't expect to play this game if you don't have a copy of Dr. Boom. Not a single deck I see built here doesn't use it, and I'm constantly seeing my opponents play it. So, I guess that mans I have to craft one.
Currently, I have 350 dust, which means that I'd need to dust 13 epic cards to have enough. But I don't know which ones I should dust! Please help! Here's what I've got:
Keep Iceblock, Echo, quartermaster, avenging, lay on hands, cabal shadow priest, shield slam, bouncing blade and crush (if you see yourself playing fatigue warrior), hobgoblin, and sea giant. The rest of the cards do not see much play. Hope this helps
In your place i would just play a liitle bit more, opened some packs and crafted DR boom eventually. But if you want, here is some least used cards in constructed:
yeah avenging wrath is not a good card unless you are trying to do some kind of aggro paladin and leeroy would be better because of the mana cost. Good point
I don't like the "disenchant everything"... I only disenchant when i have 3+ copies of the same card, but, if you want to disenchant, you can disenchant the list what i made ALMOST without risk...
Most of the cards you hint at are quite good, its smarter to craft big game hunter instead of boom, also try to de all golden cards before deing epics, lastly if you really want de all cards of a class you never play instead
I wanna remind you that this game is p2w so better not get impatient if you are not getting a card or enough dust, i spent like about 7 dollars yesterday and got like 200 dust or 250 dust worth :(
It doesn't matter how bad your epics are and how good the legendary that you want to craft is, at a 16-1 ratio there's just no way you can get value.
When I was just starting out I made this mistake. I dusted about 11 epics so that I could craft Alexstrasza. Three weeks later I pulled Alex from a pack anyway and ended up dusting her to craft one epic — Ice Block. So effectively I swapped 11 epics (plus 500 dust) for Ice Block (and three extra weeks of being able to use Alex)...
Now I only ever dust duplicates or golds. If you grind solidly for 4-5 weeks and just buy packs with your gold (unless you're good at arena in which case that's the way to go) you should earn enough dust to craft Dr. Boom.
Keep: Lock and Load - in the hopes someday it's playable Ice Block - Freeze Mage Echo of Medivh: Echo Giants Deck All Paladin Epics: They're either amazing and playable now in top tier and at worst, tier 3 decks. Cabal: Priest staple in most decks Earth Elemental: One day in the future, Overload Shaman could be a thing. It's already used in niche low tier fun decks. Shield Slam: Staple in Control Bouncing Blade: Good in Fatigue Crush: Possible replacement in Fatigue Hobgoblin: Could be playable in a mid-tier deck in the future, fun. Southsea Captain: At least until you get Captain's Parrot Sea Giant: Zoolock.
Also, 350 dust is a long long LONG way from 1600. Better just wait and open up packs. You'll get more dust (and garbage Epics and Legends) from there.

Easy way i suggest you can purchase 120 pack to open. That's more fun and give you a lot of card. :). Contact with some people on your country who can purchase pack cheaper than normal

For the record, I'm saving up for LoE, so I don't expect to do much Arena in the next few weeks. Crafting Big Game Hunter is a good idea that won't necessitate the wholesale gutting of my collection, but I know I'll still want Dr. B soon.
Here are the decks I currently run: Shaman Mech w/Powermace, Control Warrior (was a Patron combo, now not sure), Demonlock (formerly Mechlock), Control Priest, Flamewaker Mage, Murlocs Paladin, Beastmaster Druid, Mill Rogue, Facehunter. I don't really have a "bad class", just bad deck ideas (and I like having a deck for every class, so I can always at least try to do my dailies).
They refill themselves much faster from packs than epics.
A lot of the epics you DE you won't get back, but Clockwork Giant is pretty safe to DE since you can't really rely on your opponent having enough cards to cast it for a reasonable amount, unless you play Mill Rogue, which isn't too popular in the current meta and even then this card isn't really even popular in that deck.

Hunter: Bestial Wrath, Lock and Load
Mage: Ice Block, Spellbender, Echo of Medivh
Paladin: Quartermaster, Avenging Wrath, Enter the Coliseum, Lay on Hands
Priest: Shadowform, Cabal Shadow Priest
Rogue: Poisoned Blade
Shaman: Earth Elemental
Warlock: Pit Lord
Warrior: Shield Slam, Bouncing Blade, Crush
Neutral: Hobgoblin, Southsea Captain, Junkbot, Sea Giant, Clockwork Giantx2
Any and all input appreciated!

NA is JRaze and EU is HOFF if you wish to add me.

I'd agree with the comments above, except that I'd also dust avenging wrath.
I don't have Dr. Boom, and I still have fun. What decks are you looking to run?

I feel that avenging wrath sees some play at least in some paladin decks.
But, you might want to open more packs and wait for a really crappy legendary or something along those lines to dust
You can disenchant a few almost without risk. They are: Bestial Wrath, Spellbender, Shadowform, Poisoned Blade, Pit Lord, Southsea Captain, Hobgoblin...

My advice would be — don't do it.

And yet it moves.
Keep:
Lock and Load - in the hopes someday it's playable
Ice Block - Freeze Mage
Echo of Medivh: Echo Giants Deck
All Paladin Epics: They're either amazing and playable now in top tier and at worst, tier 3 decks.
Cabal: Priest staple in most decks
Earth Elemental: One day in the future, Overload Shaman could be a thing. It's already used in niche low tier fun decks.
Shield Slam: Staple in Control
Bouncing Blade: Good in Fatigue
Crush: Possible replacement in Fatigue
Hobgoblin: Could be playable in a mid-tier deck in the future, fun.
Southsea Captain: At least until you get Captain's Parrot
Sea Giant: Zoolock.

If you got the coin, the Mercenaries get going. Vote for The Mercenary for CCC #3.
Ya... don't dust all of those. Look at the suggestions here.
Some of those are key cards for popular decks.
Nightblade Argent Lance Flame Imp
Argent Watchman Argent Squire Frost Giant
Aviana Hogger Snipe Sea Giant

If I were in your situation.

Disenchant rares you don't use.

Why are you running shaman? you are better off without it
