When Reliquary Seeker is announced, everyone said "This card is too bad, you will never have 6 minions before turn 7-8, even in zoo." And I wondered how many times can I have 6 minions in a game with zoo. I was playing classic zoo with Gormok the Impaler and Sea Giant. I played three games and I took a screenshot for each time I get 6 minions (if you didn't get it, Reliquary Seeker requires 6 minions to be a 5/5). I will upload more later.
NOTE: I played normally, I didn't tried to fill the board every turn.
Versus a Midrange Paladin
Versus a Control Mage
(That Snowchugger summoned from Piloted Shredder)
Versus a Midrange Shaman
So I don't think Reliquary Seeker is that bad. I think it deserves a chance. As long as there is Imp Gang Boss and Imp-losion, it's not that hard to have 6 minions on the battlefield.
I think she will be fantastic. I think what people fail to realize is that gormok is a 4 mana card. Seeker is a 1 mana card. You can't spend as much mana dropping minions to activate gormok the same turn.
Basically having 4 minions on the board while still needing 4 mana left over for gormok = not so easily
Having 6 minions on the board and only needed to spend 1 mana to activate = easier, especially with Implosion.
You're going to get so much value playing all your cards out and then... Flamestrike, eq + conc, lightbombed, brawled. I mean it could work against other aggro decks but still
I think people did underrate this card, but the problem I see is that she's ONLY good if you can activate her. If she were a 2/1 and got +3/+3 when you had six minions in play, she'd be really, really strong. But what are you doing to do with a 1/1? Do you ever actually play her naked?
At least in my experience, she can be very good but is too inconsistent to realistically have in a zoo deck. This being said she can be a great grab from dark peddlers if the situation arises.

^ It is her not him. Other than that I agree with you.

2 Sea Giant and Gormok the Impaler is enough, no reason to put more full board mechanics.
