I dont think this card will see play. All the reshuffle cards (Malorne, beneath the grounds, gang up, that warrior legendary mech) don't see play outside fun decks. I really want to know what Blizzard is thinking, maybe fatigue Priest? Just better tools for the classic control?
Very interesting card. As it has been said, it's close to Recycle, but it's clearly not strictly better. If your deck relies on combo, you may not want to shuffle that card into your deck. Unless you run into fatigue, I think that a card that would say 'remove target minion from the game' would be better.
But yes in most cases it's a great hard removal that denies deathrattle effects, and that adds a (most probably) useful card to your deck, for the right cost (6). Cleaver design I think.
At first glance I thought almost nothing of it but the ability to bypass deathrattles for priests is going to be HUGE. Most priest decks run no silence at all, and many (dragon priests come to mind) run heavily minion based strategies. Cards like Sylvanas are an absolute NIGHTMARE for dragon priest - the ability to get rid of that Sylvanas when an obvious Sylvanas into brawl is coming or to toss that Tirion away without the weapon is going to be better than some are giving it credit for.
Getting it shuffled into your deck is just the icing on top - I really don't care if I end up pulling that card. It would be nice, sure, but the true appeal of this card is removal that bypasses deathrattle.
The only priest capable of beating Control Warrior is the dragon priest, and it needs an astral communion :P He needs to curve perfectly, and he also needs that the warrior don't find its removal in the early game.
Even though, if Justicar Trueheart sees the board on curve, it is really hard for the priest to rush a Warrior à la midrange, even with a nice curve on his side and a bad draw on the opposite.
This card may balance this MU.
Sorry, but that's BS. I play a control priest without Cabal and he wins against CW at least 60-70% of the time. The problem is that every priest runs cabal, and cabal is against CW simply bad.
Let's see... A hard absolute removal that doesn't trigger deathrattle, gives a minimum of 1 in 21 chance of drawing it yourself the next turn (increases as the game proceeds), for a class that so far has no absolute removal.
Good job Blizzard. You really are best at balancing classes and cards.
500 bucks says that it will get nerfed to 7 mana the next patch after the adventure.
@malchmalow golden priest here. it is strictly better -- for priest. For Druid recycle is fine because they are always digging for combo & such. Getting someone else's card isn't their thing unless it's strictly ramp & no combo...then in that case more minions is great. However, Priest is quite limited and having 1 more big game minion and cleanly removing a big one is incredible.
Control priest often goes to fatigue in warrior matchups and typically loses because it's 1 threat/removal short. This is as best a counter as we're gonna get because priest space is always incredibly limited (hence why we get museum curator & entomb. But EVEN so priest STILL has to find room for this and the other card. But they're definitely cards to help put control priest back on & ease the shrink/cabal need (as much)

@Pastrymancer I agree with you, it's strictly better with current priest meta. But what I wanted to say is that it might end up not strictly better in some form of future combo priest (obviously not from this set).
MC and Entomb are fundamentally different, and yes, that's because of the mana cost. 6 Mana is not 10. We talk about Turn 10 plays where MC and Entomb are nearly equally in power. But before this, Entomb is stronger simply because MC is unuseable.
On Turn 6 I rather Entomb a Savannah Highmane or Mysterious Challenger as having a dead Mind Control in the Hand. Since the first Mysterious Challenger is far stronger than the second one, It's important to kill this one.

It is the midway between shadow word death and mc.
I currently run amaz pale apple deck and it features mc.
I think entomb might replace it nicely giving me a nice edge vs warrior in fatigue, and removing deathrattle minions easily, espacially syl.
Even vs aggro i would use it vs a voidcaller or highmane to prevent deathrattle and not consider this a waste.

Very good card once the meta slows down a bit.
THE ELEPHANTS WILL DESTROY YOU!
It is good in mirror to kill and take the opponent's Ysera or Sylvanas (and of corse whatever else of high value they have)
I mean people say (6) is such a high cost, but generally you will be using this to kill-steal something they spent (6) or more to drop anyway...
Nightblade Argent Lance Flame Imp
Argent Watchman Argent Squire Frost Giant
Aviana Hogger Snipe Sea Giant

Way better than Siphon Soul, for example
This is a sad trend.
Other classes get plain better cards with similar effects to druid cards.
Entomb > Recycle
Anub'arak > Malorne
I like it, will try out replacing lightbomb with that, priest often struggle to handle Sylvanas

"Put your face in the light!" - Tirion Fordring
Why are people complaining that this card is better than Recycle? Recycle is such a bad card, ANYTHING will be better than Recycle.
Its fangs are in your flesh before its hiss leaves your ears.
Golden Heroes: Druid -> Rogue -> Shaman -> Hunter -> Warlock
Its too expensive and slow. Once the meta slows down is a fantasy really.
