I think this could have an interesting synergy withKidnapper. Play this on turn 4, then play coin Kidnapperon turn 5. It can basically sap the opponent's turn 5 play, Too bad kidnapper has such poor stats.
I'd have to experiment with it a bit, but it seems like a decent 4-drop for Rogue. If it's left alive, you might be able to trade and instantly have a combo activator for that turn.
This card has some nice deeps if it maintains the board too. Which is good. But let's assume this dies anyway since there are many removal which can deal with 4 Health threats.
Im unsure of how powerful this card can be. Can help tempo rogue enabling shaddow pan cavalry, can help to resurrect miracle rogue and I will try a Scrooge McDuck deck with this, trade prince and others coin givers.
Just for the sake of looking how wrong I am in 3 months, I will say this card will be a staple for rogue.
Everybody keeps saying its bad just because it dies to shredder... Guys, the point of it isn't the favorable trade with shredder. The point is either the coin in the mid game, or the 5 attack in the late game. Even if it does take a Truesilver or a shredder, the coin in rogue is a huge advantage. A one-of, maybe even two-of in Oil Rogue.
this card is great in many aspects (it can bring back kidnapper that even with bad stats has an insane combo(sap plus a 6/3), the only big problem is shredder, there is no better 4 drop than that! shredder wins all 4 drops.. even teacher... its worth the try with some old cards like kidnapper and auctioneer
Its funny how the stats can make a card OP or just ok, if this card was a 4/5 it would be a insane card and a must in any rogue deck pretty much, the same with cut purse, it cut purse was a 2/3 it would be the darnassus for the rogue class, if those cards had those stats, rogue could have some really great interations and some diff decks that would been great
if shredder would be nerfed to 3/3 then it would see some play other than that i can see it being played in arena mayby.

I was thinking a bit and came to a conclusion that it might suit to some kind of miracle deck with double Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
If Tomb Pillager dies that means I basically have 2 coins (if I got the Coin at the start). I could play Gadgetzan Auctioneer on turn 5 and Conceal him with another Coin or Preparation.
Worth the test.

Auto-include. It's a 5/4 for that gives any other card -1 mana and has spell synergy. I don't get how people don't see how powerful this is.

exactly, its also funny how one dumb card called shredder makes 4 health cards almost unplayable
Actually think this could be a key, to some kind if revamped Miracle Rogue.. that would be cool
I made a pretty fun raptor rogue with tomb pillager. It can really snowball
This is by far my favorite Rogue card.
