Well with the new murloc 1 drop that lets you discover other hero powers, i could see murloc shaman succeeding at being an effective aggro deck because they have a 1/3 chance of getting the hunter hero power which will greatly improve murloc shaman, and if they dont get the hunter hero power, they can get the warlock one and draw so they dont run out of steam
Any card that is dependant on you having the board established is rather bad. Don't dream, we had it already with all those cards, including Bloodlust.
They need to make a sticky murloc that doesn't get immediately removed the turn after it's played. A murloc that deathrattles into another one or a murloc with divine shield is really necessary to make a card like this work.
Is it just me, or is Stormwind Champion much stronger in comparsion to this? Yes it can steamroll maybe a murloc shaman, but nothing more. Bloodlust is too slow already, so why pay 2 mana more for a permanent bloodlust?
I like the cost-reduction over Overload mechanic as card design but don't like that Shaman is pulled into the murloc corner, like Hunters and Druids are already in the beast corner.

Every expo seems to include a "shamans please play Murloc" card.
Within a few more updates and we'll probably be up to 1 mana common Shaman Murloc with battlecry: "you win the game".
