I hope they rebuff Tinkmaster Overspark in some way. He was *super* good before, even with unlucky 5/5 for the other side, but I think he can still be made good.
I don't understand why they just didn't hit his cost--making him cost 5 or 6 and changing him to a 4/4 would have been a great change that lessened his 3 cost removal while keeping him relevant in the slightest.

I think blizzard isn't overly fond of neutral removal.
Blizzard officials were examining the current meta. They saw Druid, Druid, Druid, Paladin, Paladin, Warlock.
Blizzard Official A: "You know what we should nerf?"
Blizzard Official B: "No, what?"
Blizzard Official A: "The only neutral legendary that has synergy with a priest deck!"
Blizzard Official B: "That sounds like a great idea Blizzard Official A, the Sylvanas and Mind Control nerfs really didn't cut it, Priest OP!"
This is pretty funny. You realize priest is one of the classes that got hit the least by the nerfs, since they have SW:D and MC to deal with opposing bombs and thoughsteal and northshire cleric for early card draw?
PS. As friendly advice, if you want to gain ranks don't play gimmicky priest decks with inner fires.
I'm so glad there is prejudice against playing hunter/zoo/[insert FotM deck here]. People like that make the life so much easier for those of us who play to win.

Basically this. People get so hung up about "omg, they fixed tinkmaster rng by making it more rng!" and irrelevant stuff like that.
The whole point was that they didn't want neutral polymorph in every deck.
Tinkmaster's nerf was well deserved. A neutral polymorph/hex made this card almost essential in every competitive deck.

True.
And to be honest: I'm really looking forward to playing Druid NOW. Because I didn't want to, when everybody was... Having some weak point isn't too bad for a well rounded class!
No offense to anyone directly, but anyone claiming tinkmaster sucks now, has very poor experience with TCG's. Any comments regarding it i saw how people are looking at it, as if it wasn´t changed at all. The card was complitely reworked and got a MAJOR buff to its stats. Naturally, it does not work as an overpowered removal like it used to be, but it sure might find some new uses as time passes.
The point is that it sucks at the thing people used it for.
After the nerf it's basically a 3/3 for 3 that needs all the stars and planets to align to be good, and even in the most optimal situation there's a 50% chance it still screws you.
Yeah. I think he was overnerfed. Honestly, I don't mind the change in the ability, but Tinkmaster really needs to be a 2-drop. To me, he seems like the crazy gnome compliment to Mad Bomber. They really should have made Tinkmaster a 2/3 creature with the new ability, and kept him at 2 mana.

I think this is why Blizzard won't be interested in re-buffing him any time soon.

It's actually a bit of an indirect buff to Mage and Shaman.

Realized that on my way home from work. :P
Should be a 2-drop, in either event, after the change in his ability.
Nobody likes Priest :( and I don't use inner fires anyway, Millhouse Manastorm 4 lyfe.
