He's a 4/3 for 3 that can be healed, simply. Good card. Even in non Priest decks you can make use of that, using a simple card like the Earthen ring seer, make him a 4/6 and you've a 3/3 along side.
I got two golden ones and I am contemplating on just dusting them for something better.
The effect is the reason, why you only have to pay 3 mana for it, instead of ~6 which could be the price for a 4/7. You get a 4/3, and if you manage to heal it, you got a really cheap minion. If not, well, you could used it as a simple 4/3 without text.
What is the point of Injured Blademaster's effect? All I can see is its a pumpredder for Frothing Berserkers but 4/3 for 4 is mediocre at rare.

I am a Hearthstone Noob

Injured Blademaster + Ancestral Healing = a 4/7 minion with taunt at turn 3.
Injured Blademaster + Circle of Healing = a 4/7 minion at turn 3.
He is quite good in certain decks.
"You betrayed our people to forge your fragile alliances and I will take great pleasure in tearing them apart."
Injured Blademaster procs Armorsmith, powers Battle Rage, comes into play ready for Rampage.
He's also a 4/3 for 3 (which is ahead of curve) and has been mentioned previously, combos well with anything that can provide heals.
IBM synergizes well with a number of cards, namely those that proc in the case of friendly minions receiving damage.
It's increased health pool gives it immense potential with healing spells as well.
The point is, for the mana cost, its stats are stellar to begin with regardless of all other considerations.
Thanks FOO(The Banner God)!
