Dr. Boom without a doubt. Dr. boom is such a strong card that it can potentially out right win a match on its own. While Mal'Ganis can do the same, but Dr. Boom just tends to be more consistent.
-2 Wrathguard +1 Haunted Creeper +1 Ironbeak Owl; -1 Dark Iron Dwarf +1 Bane of Doom. If you eventually do get Mal'ganis either Flame Imp or Void Terror gets replaced by it, probably Flame Imp.
Could you explain the reason of no wrathguards? I think he's amazing for early board control...
Sure. What are common 2 drops in other decks? Knife Juggler, Wild Pyromancer, Fiery War Axe… the thing is, Wrathguard only has 3hp and dies to any 3/2, trading 1-for-1, and doing 4 damage to your face. So we've established that it's not that great for trading because of its 3hp. If it were a 3/4, it'd be amazing, just like Totem Golem but without 1 overload, and in the early game that HP damage to your face doesn't matter as much, but 3 toughness isn't amazing on a 2-drop and the 4 damage is usually overkill against most early game stuff. Zoo already has the tools to trade efficiently early game without Wrathguard, you can use Power Overwhelming or Abusive Sergeant to make favorable trades early on. It dies too easily without much going for it.
Secondly, if you're playing against Face Hunter or even Secret Paladin, you really want to avoid taking face damage as much as possible while maintaining board control. Wrathguard doesn't do that great of a job at maintaining board control, as we've already established, and it does HP damage to your face as well, giving you less time to come back if you're behind on board and putting you behind in the race (it's always a race when zoo plays a faster deck, your deck isn't built to control the state of the board in the long term, you need to out-race your opponent.). Essentially, since you want this for board control, it will be trading but it will also be doing damage to your face. Since we've established that it's not that great at trading, it's essentially a 2-mana Flame Imp in these matchups. You might slam it into a 2/1 or a 2/2 and try for a 2-for-1, but that extra damage from Wrathguard's 4 power is overkill and did I mention he does damage to your face as well?

Diriculous question
I believe that all we need is to breathe and feed and breed and when you feel the need feel free to feel free. Gimpusoid#2403

It is an easy decision; How dare you even question the power of Dr. Balanced?

Of course craft Dr. Boom. He's only the most broken OP card in Hearthstone after all!
