Sorry for another one of these type of threads, but I am having a hard time deciding what to do with my dust and legendaries.
It's no secret that this game is about to fully release shortly, and a major patch accompanies that.
With that said, I have these Legendaries;
Golden Onyxia
Hogger
Illidan
Cenarius
Prophet Velen
Nozdormu
Is it worth hanging on to Illidan, Nozdormu, and the golden Onyxia? how likely is it that they will be buffed? or at very least, will they increase the amt of dust for de'ing legendaries after the game is full release? I pretty much know what cards I want to make already, I'm just having a hard time with rather I should go ahead and make them and suffer from changing meta later, or hang on to them for a while. Currently, I use none of these in any of my decks except PV, I mostly play Hunter and Priest.

comes down to personal preference. If you'd rather not wait to make the cards you'd like I say go for it. If instead you'd like to have the option to craft cards when we have a better idea of what the patch will do, then that's probably a smart move.
I don't think it's likely these cards will be changed, as they aren't being overplayed (something blizzard has focused on in the last few patches), and they aren't a class common card that's underplayed (also something blizzard has been paying attention to). But you might want to wait to see if there's some cards you'd prefer to craft when all is said and done with the patching. Again, comes down to personal preference.
The only one I'd personally keep from those is Cenarius. As I like Druid. If you're not going to actually play them, they're a waste to keep. Craft something you actually want.
that is my problem though, my line of thinking is exactly both of those. its smart to hold off, because the full release patch may have a cpl new cards or something in store for us, or changes to a cpl cards that may make them better/worse. and at the same time, they are just sitting there not being used. Did i mention onyxia is awesome in gold? lmao

Currently, there's not much reason to hold on to Onyxia, Illidan, or Nozdormu, unless you're going for a full collection. However, with the upcoming patch, I would recommend waiting to craft anything major until more details are released. Who knows what might be changed, or what cards might become the next big thing, and if you use your dust now, you'll have to wait to collect enough to make the next uber-legendary. I would recommend waiting it out for a couple of days/weeks until we have more info on the patch, and make your decisions based on that information.
I would DE them unless you already have all of the following.
Nat Pagle
Cairne Bloodhoof
Tinkmaster Overspark
Bloodmage Thalnos
Ragnaros the Firelord
Leeroy Jenkins
Ysera
I believe that covers the most played ones out there. Once you have all of those then I would just hold on to any that you pick up in hopes they buff them or something.
I'm in the exact same boat as you. Got golden Onyxia yesterday and it certainly looks awesome lol. I don't have many legendaries at all. Only Leeroy besides the soulbounds. I really want to DE it and make a tink/pagle/cairne or something but I think I'm going to wait until release and see what happens. I'm even considering DE'ing and making 4 epics but I think it's best just to wait it out as hard as that may be (for me at least). Last thing you want is to DE her and then all of a sudden two new cards come out that synergize great with her and onyxia is now a great card in a certain deck.
New card. All minions have charge this turn only FAKKKKKKKK
Edit: I decided to keep onyxia and try to build some decks around her for now. I came up with this Druid token/roar concept. Surely its similar to others out there and could probably be better but this is the best I could come up with based on what I have a available. 3-0 with it so far and its super fun to play. So many win conditions.
