The archtype will be extinguished someday for sure, but until then, let's all just get Golden Paladin first
I know you're taking the piss, but the sad thing is this is actually the mentality of over 50% of the hearthstone community.
If you are play2win, there hardly is an alternative. I am all for a MC nerf because it is ridiculously OP, in fact it is so OP that i play it.
I like to win in online games as well, but I prefer actually having to put effort into winning.
People forget too often that a game is supposed to be played for enjoyment, not to wreck everyone being an unfair dickhead. If their enjoyment comes from autopiloting a shitty deck, so I pity their lives.

I enjoy the rank 5 chest golden legendary at the end of the month. I did not make it in december, too many other things to do and lots of online poker and my decks did not work out, but in november i got a golden BGH. Poker is about real money so in the end, the end result counts. Hearthstone is what i play after i crushed hopes, or got crushed, in online poker, and what i really want is my daily quests, good arena performance, some fun on the ladder, but most importantly the rank 5 chest at the end of the month.
That is the play2win mentality. I like to win. In low-stakes poker, when i managed to represent being a total noob in the first few hands to players who have not seen me yet, and then get kings, and then awkwardly move all in and get 2 callers when i have kings.... Its dirty, but i also got 12 dollars in 10 minutes. The opportunity presented itself, so it had to be done.
I am explaining, i am not being apologetic. If a strategy works, stick to it and focus on it as long as it does work. This is amplified if you have a specific goal, like reaching rank 5 or legend, and the impact is decreased if you are playing just for fun and have no goal. People who want to win will pick the strongest deck they can find, according to the meta, and complaints will be ignored.
That all being said, secret pala really is quite boring, i played grim patron before it was nerfed and that deck required some skill and lots of calculating.
Honestly, I understand where you're coming from. There is such a thing as a difference between using a deck if you think it's the one that does the job better and actually thinking it's a healthy game for the meta. I use that logic in tournaments as well(I will say this without any shame whatsoever:if I was still actively playing in tournaments I would whore the fuck out of secret paladin, and any other deck that gave me a good chance to win). The fact you admit that your deck is broken and should be nerfed is at least respect worthy, so props for that.
We should be holding it to blizzard for keeping the deck viable, not the people who pick it as a valid ladder choice.

Pretty much this. I play it in rotation with other decks, because it gets dull and I don't really enjoy mirror matches, but the deck is ridiculously strong.
Hey guys, apparently this card is totally balanced ! Just another one of those things that when you see it, it makes you feel you want to quit HS.

Yeah, the card is beyond broken, It's Dr. Boom levels of broken. A 6/6 for 6 that ca put 4 mana worth of secrets on the board. I have no goddamn idea how Blizzard ever let this pass.
I'm pretty sure I am the only person who actually plays the secrets just because they are good by themselves. Redemption and Noble Sacrifice easily keep your knife juggler or spell damage or whatever important alive. Lategame a Redemption can be res'ing a sunwalker, thats a 4/1 taunt w divine shield that costed you 1 mana. Repentance can be hitting the rag or malygos or boom or anything with a good healthpool, to be finished off by a measly hero power. Eye for an Eye can easily deal 6 dmg lategame, in the early game just hold or mulligan it. Avenge is 24/7 good but I don't even have or use it. Sacred Trial? thats half an MC tech, in a 1 mana card. again, lategame when they are flooding the board that can be hitting emperor thaurissan, a giant, an ancient of war or really anything. Competetive spirit can easily give +4/+4 in a good case, maybe only +2/+2 in a bad case. Just know when and how to play your secrets. Keep them guessing as to which secrets you have, that's your main advantage.

If this fun killer don't deserves a nerf, any reason to nerf cards before is bullshit.
So why the necromancing again?
