Is it just me or all the really greedy cards, and addition of new efficient healing, and more mill tools will push mill to a place on the ladder where it's easy to rank up?
It feels like there will be a double-polarization of meta where face hunter and mill rogue will brutalize the ladder.
What new mill tools are you talking about? As a mill rogue player, only Beneath the Grounds will be good in a mill deck. I can't see any other cards for other classes making a mill or fatigue archetype viable... except maybe fatigue/Iron Juggernaut warrior with the 4 armor per turn. Even then, it will always be extremely niche without something like Gang Up or Naturalize to put the opponent behind in fatigue.

Mill decks might become pretty viable soon enough with all this control around
