6/6 that cycles 2-3 cards and play them, 3 good paladin secrets playable early game (avenge, competitive spirit, noble sacrifice) that get exponentially better when played together, big tempo play with noble sacrifice taunt, this card is CRAZY but only x1 in the deck, x2 would be too inconsistent.
Do people not understand paladin secrets at all? All but avenge and the new one slow the game to a stand still, so I dont know where all of this "wont survive until turn 6" nonsense is coming from. In a divine favor secret paladin, this will likely top the curve, but I think it could be really interesting if build the deck correctly.
It might be good in a combo deck that needs deck thinning. If you play all 6 secrets and play this on turn 6 you'll draw something like 4 cards on average.
You can't have more than 5 secrets active on the battlefield. So at most 5 will be played.
If you have some paladin specific combo that only requires a few specific cards, you could stack your deck with secrets and use 2 of these to fix your draws.
Ok so if you actually want to run a bunch of secrets this could be kind of amazing. Paladin secrets suck though so I mean... nope.
I dont know man, playing Mysterious Challenger + Avenge + that +1/+1 secret at the start of the turn with a taunt out or ready to play seems pretty awesome.
Who knows Secret Pally could be a thing. I'd assume it would have to be a fairly aggressive deck though as with all those 1 mana secrets paladin wouldn't last long in the late game.
If this had been a mage card... lol

This card could be good, but lead to some mistakes depending on your secrets
*from your opponent, right?
Playing around 1~2 secrets is pretty easy but over 3 it's really difficult. Also yea paladin has some bad secrets when they're played alone but if you manage to get 3~4 secrets out of Mysterious Challenger they could work really well togheter.
In a secret heavy deck this could be a deck thinning dream card. Imagine pulling out 3 cards from your deck directly into play. If you are also running scientists this can really make it so you are only drawing quality creatures the whole time. Neat card.
This card is really thematically cool, you can just think of that moment when you put this bad boi on the field and he puts up 6 secrets right away. Empty you decks so that you come closer to your combo pieces even faster. Or even better, 2 of this card and 12 secrets, almost half your decks relying on this card along now that's a cool deck. Too bad it's a tad expensive, the lower would have been better but then again maybe too good. Too bad it's epic cuz i really want this card but i really don't wanna craft this card.
This is one of the very, VERY few cards Lifecoach reviewed as playable in constructed in a deck of 6 secrets. Quoting him, even taking into account the possibilities of drawing the secrets and the fact that some secrets are quite bad, you get a benefit of .6 mana on average.
Thinking more about it, I will try this out in a control deck as I do see more potential in this card than ever.

Does this synergise with Secretkeeper?
no,since it only works when secrets are played, not summoned.

a 2 mana cost minion that fetch 1 cost spells... you are basically paying 1 extra mana to think out your deck. its not bad, its not great either....

I thought this was a paladin card? :P
My comments refer mostly to the wild format.
Buff to that 'You have activated my trap card' pala deck a few months ago

There is a lot of steak here...
You actually have to PLAY THE SECRET FROM HAND. Soooooo no not viable. Sorry that happened.

What do you guys think of this deck? It is a basic Paladin midrange late-game focus deck with a few secrets and Mysterious Challenger.
The secrets you get are both fairly good if you have a board up, so you do get a bunch of value with a 6-drop for Paladin.
If you have some paladin specific combo that only requires a few specific cards, you could stack your deck with secrets and use 2 of these to fix your draws.
