Saw it on streams: insane, yep. Tried it myself: insane for realsies. It's good tempo, it's extremely snowbally, but the best of it all, it is a huge threat, and your opponent have to remove it. The problem is, there are not many 4 damage removals, especially not cost effective ones, not to mention it sucks when you have to focus on some 3/4 minion even though you know there are bigger threats on the way. Just great.
yep, I've played this card twice so far and twice it has summoned itself causing even more mayhem (I managed to get 3 on the board from just one). This card is just insane it's on turn six a murloc Spider Tank, a hero power and 1 mana random murloc. 1 MANA for a random murloc, there are 12 murlocs 3 cost 1, 3 cost 2, 3 cost 3, 3 cost 4. That means that you have a 1/4 chance of saving quadruple the mana spent on the random murloc and also a 5/12 (almost 50%) chance of getting an amazing murloc.
Alright, now that I have had some time to play around with this card: INSANE.
This is a seriously good card because the Murloc minions in general are actually very good. This is a card that makes abusing the Inspire mechanic viable. The dream is to get the Murloc Warleader, which instatly buffs this guy to a 5/5.
I expect this card to become a very common card in paladin decks if it isn't already (I already played against someone who used it as well).
It gets even more insane in Arena....this card alone makes paladin sooooo much above everything atm. Even mage. If you cant clear 4 Health on your turn your pretty much lost.
I think the best scenario is Murloc Knight summon Murloc Knight.. I it survives atleast 2 turns then ....MRGRLGRLGLRGLRGLRGLRGL

If it was a Neutral i'd have no objections but this truly makes no sense.
So far, the consensus seems to be, that he is really strong. Not the murloc paladin deck, but Murloc Knight by itself in a lot of paladin decks.

Paladin of inspire is very strong. Win rate of 80%.
Despite this card be a MURLOC, does not work in a 100% DECK Murloc ... the strategy is to use a deck with a mechanics of inspire.
Has an incredible synergy with the neutral cards launcher along with the TGT.

I have found great success by replacing some cards from a typical Eboladin deck with murlocs and using this card on turn 6. So far very good win rate.
This card is amazing in midrange decks!
