I mentioned in an earlier page, but this is buffable. And having more stuff to soak damage is way better against OTK decks which I originally thought was going to go out of control. I was doing some calculation on paper for future deck fine tuning. This card is actually what gave me a solution to OTK this season.
Also healing minion is a lot cheaper than healing hero. So is buffing, fast decks probally don't carry much removal, which can give this a lot of survival value if buffed.
Also this is a unseen stat distribution, and I think it's kind of good in an extreme case.

Also one of the best cards in the game against new players that don't know the mechanic. Also really cool art and in game graphical effect.

He also counts for over kill, example : a mage has pyro in his hand and you have this on field, you wont take any dmg from pyro.
Anyone who thinks this is a bad card lol , should go /wrist. THis card accounts for over kill. This means if your opponent does not atk you the right way he will lose dmg, then you can alex on him etc.
They have to save silence for this card, with a deck with sludges, i can assume you this wil be difficult.

in all seriousness, this card isnt bad, its not great, but it does force out answers. but this isnt a card i want to play against face when i m super behind, this is more like a last ditch effort to not lose an ice block or die...... its balance, but if i am ever losing so bad where i m force to drop this guy, i m screw......
Seems like this should have just been a priest class card. You really can't even look at it as a heal 9 for other classes. This is significantly weaker than antique healbot in most situations. An antique healbot can attack into another minion without losing some of his heal. If you just want an effective body for trading, it seems like there are likely better options. The healbots healing also can't be negated with shadow word pain. I really struggle to see this being viable outside of priest where they can effectively heal the minion and themselves at the same time and can double his healing effect with divine spirit.

The prob with taunts, is even if you taunt up vs a face hunter, they can just use spells and hero power you down, this card prevent this, making him better than sludges. This card putt face decks is more " have to have it" you drop him and sludges, and instant win. So runing sludges and this card is a living nightmare for face decks, I can imagine this in druid, with keeper of lore when hunter is trying to finish you off with spells. I lose 80% of my games vs face hunters because they can just ignore a late sludges and face you with hero power and spells. THis can will dramatically decrease face decks win rates.
Vs mages and shaman , remember this is a turn 6 play, meaning you turn 5 will be sludges, chances they wil have 2 hexes is very low, especially in mech decks.
I am not sure how he will hold up vs zoo, because zoo normal clears field.

Doesn't fit in every deck (almost none actually), but combos with healing, weapons and hp buff cards, that's really cool. I love the card even if it doesn't see competitive play. So they finally made a minion with spell taunt.... good the game needs more cards that are ment to counter different type of decks.
This card will be used when the meta favors spell damage wombo combos.
I don't know why they gave it below vanilla stats. It should have better stats for that text. It's actually a drawback given a control meta.

I like it..it's def one of the those anti-spell-to-face card....all you need is a taunt minion to protect it.
Honestly, it's a betcher that doesn't deal retaliate damage, still weak to owl.
