why is he talking about coldarra drake in connection with a druid class card? that is confusing :-) somehow he forgot that coldarra drake is a mage card
Not saying this card is bad but to me seems pretty gimmicky and if there's 1 thing I've learned from gimmicky cards in Hearthstone is that they don't actually make it into competitive play. I definitely could be wrong but this appears to be extra dust IMO.

Hard to evaluate but a card with potential... Maybe play stuff up to turn 4. then turn 4 this and with luck and card draw bounce back to the game.. We ll see
Why in the world would you not play Azure Drakes and Gnomish Inventors? Once you cast this card if you draw into them you can play them get another card that is either huge and you can play it next turn to get a huge lead or its its not a huge card you can also play it. And those cards are about on par with what your opponent will be playing that turn so its not even getting you behind.
Imagine turn 2-3 you get this card out and then you draw a Drake and draw into an Inventor (which draws you into something else you play next turn). Its turn 3 or 4 and you have a 2/4 and a 4/4 with a huge card in hand read to be played.
If the card was reliable it would be broken. It's a card you pretty much have to design a deck around. And it's a deck that you will have to live with the occasional embarrassment.

Dependable loan sharks since 1960. We sink our teeth into every deal we make.
What? Spellslinger gives the opponent a SPELL, that is why it's name is SPELLslinger, and druids can only have Coldarra Drake if they copy it with Faceless Manipulator, or steal it with Sylvanas Windrunner or Mind Control Tech against Mage.
P.D.: Oh, wait, Spellslinger or Nefarian against Mage can give you an Unstable Portal and then you get Coldarra Drake from it. Yeah, that is going to happen 1 in 10000000000000 times.

Life must be hard for you with your negative thinking.
Here is how I'd do it.
Galavant Animation
I get this feeling we'll be getting more discard effect minions and spells similar to hand of jaraxxus very soon
As ramp Druid, we often end up with 0-1 card in hand after double Innervate + some big thing early anyway.
This is just next level.
Seems to gimmicky to be good. But I will definitely try it if a open on in a pack.
Probably my favourite variation of this deck I've seen so far.

this was supposed to be a card discussion. By your lack of responce on the card i take it you changed your mind. Glad i helped.
Fun card.
I expect beast synergy spell, something competitive.

You don't have to include 10 legendary minions in your decks to make this viable. Just sayin.
So, am I understanding this right? With this card, Ramp Druid could achieve full ramp on turn 4 at the cost of their hand?
Very interesting, but I'm not sure what to make of it. Is it reliable enough?
The tree of life seems a right decision, but i think innervate is import for 1st turn Astral Communion
Time to run double nourish
