So yeah I've included this card in my paladin deck that runs a good number of high mana minions, I played it 6 times and lost all of my jousts, it has convinced me to never include this card again in one of my decks.
After playing about 50 games with one of these cards in my deck I have come to the conclusion that this card is 100% pure junk. Out of probably 45 'Jousts, I won maybe 3-4, I would much rather have Anti Healbot in my Control Paladin any day. As Control Paladin you want the heal more than the 5/5 body and you more often than not lose 'Joust to even Aggro decks.
My advice to anyone wanting to play Control Paladin is to keep Healbot as you get your heal 100% of the time along with a 3/3 body. Just like you Oscar, I too run very high mana cost minions and still lose ( joust ) much more than I win, joust is fun to play and the risk is worth it say for 'Master Jouster, but when you rely on a big heal to carry you another few turns until you can stabilize ( so many aggro decks on ladder ) 'Tuskarr is a F joke of a card compared to Healbot.
Since switching back to Healbot my win rate has increased drastically.
I rated this card pretty high before release, but it has already started to disappoint me. I find that the extra healing in the deck (besides Lay on Hands) is a tech against super aggressive decks like Face Hunter and Eboladin, and I would rather have the guaranteed healing from Antique Healbot than I would a 5/5, since I'm most likely going to win anyway if I stabilize the game.
I have already had the first loss to Face Hunter because of this guy jousting my second Shielded Minibot against a Mad Scientist. I'm sure some people will be stubborn and use this guy anyway, because 'technically' it is a fantastic card against control because of stats and it's good against aggro because of its effect - but I would rather have safe wins against aggro and let my other minions beat control.
^---This is exactly correct. I bet if you had 'Healbot , drew it and healed yourself you would have won.
Well it is supposed to work only against aggro... but even there it pulls zombie chow and shit. Fuck RNG.
I want a 5/5 for 5 with: If your opponent has more hp than you restore 7. Or If the enemy hero is full hp, or something.
ANYTHING but RNG.
Blizzard is committed to worshipping RNGesus, simply because it makes them more money. And for the record, I'm not opposed to Blizzard making money, but I too dislike so much RNG.
