Should work in handlock to get down in life faster than tapping, also one could taunt this up as 3 hp is quite the health pool for being a 2 mana creature.
Umm. This is not a Handlock card by any means. You don't actually want to lose life as a Handlock. You'll die if you hurt yourself to much. Tap is already enough damage. The molten giant combo is only there to save you if you happen to take too much damage. Plus, if u was going to taunt a 2 drop, I would taunt an ancient watcher, which has 2 more health and actually taunts, rather than just dealing the damage right back to me. Don't get me wrong, this card is great in demon zoo, but it has no place in Handlock.
Dude, i got 8 golden heros and over 5k wins. I'm gonna play this in my handlock and i gurante you that it will be great.
you can also claim to have win 5000 games after playing 15000 games. experience can be either good learning experience or bad repetitive experience. thats all i m saying.
I for one can't wait for the first highlight of one of these puppies popping out of a piloted shredder, followed by an imminent shield slam for infinite damage. It might take a while but it's going to be glorious.
So its like jackal pup and firedrinker satyr from mtg while its good in red deck wins which are very agressive decks. I dont know how good this will be in hearthstone since the attacker can choose which creature to hit and every class has a burn spell to do double damage. While in mtg only red has the burn spells
the thing is - warlock already has powerful tools in this direction - like Pit Lord and Molten Giant with incredibly good stats + it has the draw mechanic - now also adding Fist of Jaraxxus and maybe even Demonfuse and Demonwrath---> Suicide Black could really become a thing
If I'm not mistaken, characters are able to take damage more than their HP in this game. As we've seen combat animations showing characters dropping to negative HP before dying.
In other words, I think if I Fireball at Wrathguard, the Warlock would take 6 dmg as well. Or if I slam into Wrathguard with a giant, the Warlock also takes 8 dmg. If that's the case, do you guys still consider this a decent card?

of course - that effect is right - and yeah ofc you can consider this a decent card in the right deck - as mentioned before i would not play this in handlock or even in zoo --> you need the right list for that
kinda going all in on demon strategy where you have the powerful synergies
I want to mention that if a warrior has 20 armor then you probably already loss. The only time he can accumulate that much armor is when it's around round 10 and he's already cleared your board, but if that is that case, you already lost. Wrathguard is good. You can rush them down even faster now.

its indirect warlock nerf I reckon.
Wrathguard can bring up Suicide Aggro Warlock deck together with the new cards like Fist of Jaraxxus and including some older ones in Soulfire and Succubus

Ill definitely try this out though.

Quite good for a cheap zoolock deck.
Do you guys think it would be OP if it was a 2-mana 3/4?
