You have a 70% chance to kill that Leper Gnome with your Mad Bomber vs. a 50% chance with this. But if you miss that Leper trades with your Bomber, it can't trade with this.
Obviously this card would be significantly better if the damage only targeted minions. Feels like a missed opportunity as this could've been a very strong anti-aggro 2-drop. But, it still might be good enough in the anti-aggro role to see some play. Really depends on how many x-1's and divine shields are in the meta. As far as the comparisons to Mad Bomber, I would say this card's advantage is that it's less situational and that it has more health, which is typically what you want in control decks, particularly Priest.
I don't know if anyone has yet addressed the whole "make this ping minions only" thing, as I haven't read the whole thread, but blizzard please DO NOT DO THAT!!! If this guy pings minions, he becomes a direct counter to: Mana Wyrm, Northshire Cleric, Zombie chow, shielded mini bot, void walker, almost every constructed played one drop, and even to a small extent piloted shredder, assuming a clear board. This card, if played on turn 1 when coined or on turn 2 (first or second it matters not) is strictly better than EVERY constructed played one and two drop, the only exceptions being nerubian egg, haunted creeper, flame imp, and maybe totem golem. That is OP as they come if played on curve, and would become a constucted staple the moment it was released. So blizzard, please do not make this minion that powerful. It might bring about a control meta (which I would love) but the power creep means that for hearthstone to come out of the p2w control meta, Aggro decks would have to have minions on par with the new flame juggler. I fear that day.

Exactly. Will be teching this card in against Face Hunter, and I will be *very* surprised if most don't do the same.

Considering the fact that face hunter isn't even that great in the meta, I doubt that people will use a 50/50 tech against it especially when things like unstable ghoul are more consistently good against such a playstyle.
This card gets simply out classed by cards like Lock and Load and time we see the other new 2 mana cards combined with current ones it will never see play in constructed so don't be too surprised over it. People act like this 1 random damage is so amazing...It's a one time Knife Juggler. Why would hunter play this card over the current Juggler alone? No one would.

I doubt that our pyromaniac friend will be that common of a tech against face hunter, in all honesty. The only 1-health guys seen in face hunter are leper gnomes, abusives, owls, wolfriders, and the tokens (snakes, doggies, spiders) Considering that flame juggler can just SMOrc and ignore the one-health guys that might be there, I'd rather tech in mad bomber against face hunter as it has more chances to clear any guys the hunter may have. Given that mad bomber sees little-to-no constructed play, I doubt his little, more conservative brother will be that common of a tech either. If you want a strong aggro tech for control, unstable ghoul is a better option IMO as you can clear an entire board of doggies rather than just 1.
Oh my God, this is exactly what we needed, more decicive bulshit RNG!
Vs Aggro decks this is a 50/50 coin flip to win/loose on turn 2, why not just give the coin:you have a 50%chance to win game otherwise you lose...
When this kills of a 2/1 the game is practicaly over if not its suppar and to slow, what a shity gamedesign.
However is see one deck where this is good, namely face Priest! Normaly you would play turn 1 worgen or leper/shadowbomber and those realy bite with mad bomber but get some use when this hits a manawyrm/voidwalker, or a 2/3 if this hits hero its still 1 damage which counts.
But i realy dislike this rng heavy gemedesign, couldnt it just been minion?
To be completely honest I feel like the potential for the juggle to hit face actually is a good balance for this card, as without it it becomes a huge early tempo play in Arena; you kill their 1-drop for free and get an acceptable vanilla 2/3 out of the deal. Since it can hit face it doesn't power-creep other 2/3s for 2 (ignoring mechwarper obv, that card is blatantly stupid) Something of note that's maybe been mentioned is that if the juggle happens to hit an opposing 2/3, the Flame Juggler eats it and still survives to contest their turn 3 play. Overall I like this card, and I see it being a frequent appearance in TGT Arena.
In constructed the only time you will see this is when FTP players just start out and open this as a replacement for the River Crocs of their basic decks. Too average to pass in the cutthroat environment of constructed.
It also couldn't hit only minions as that would make it a neutral Cruel Taskmaster available to all classes. What would make the card interesting is if the effect happened on something constant other than playing minions (Knife Juggler) or playing spells (Flamewaker), such as upon drawing a card or killing a minion. That's assuming the intend is for the card to be interesting, but more than likely it's just intended to be a trashy common card to fill your packs.
Yeah, this card is really just a wasted opportunity. I'd like this card better if it had an effect like "Inspire: Deal 2 damage randomly split among all enemies" because then it would probably have a soft taunt versus aggro. As it stands though, this card is boring and only remotely viable in Arena, and even then I'd prefer a bomber for early tempo.
If this turned into a class specific minion (say Shaman, since its a Draenei), and made it deal 2 damage, now we're talking. It's not playable in constructed, just look at all the other 2 drops that we have. Arena, maybe. Slightly better than those bland 2 drop commons that you get.
Fits against rush so it's just a little bit under being good. Random minion would be better and make it playable. I think it might fit somewhere as is and is fine in arena.

Mehhh this feels worse than Knife Juggler in almost every way. This card would actually be pretty solid if the battlecry could only hit minions. The only thing that makes this better than Knife Juggler is that it doesn't die to 1-drops. Other than that, it's a pretty mediocre card.
Well, it's.... meh. Nothing special, but it isn't exactly underpowered. I guess a good card for arena and beginners, not unlike the Kraken we just saw.

Not taking into account the potential to kill a minion with 2 health instead of 1. which ups bombers value more.

Stalker is only used in a weird variant of priest that really needs giblin's stealth.
Heck no, Gilblin Stalker is actually really good in priest because of Velen's Chosen.

Would be more interesting if it was a 2/4 and the text was "Whenever this minion takes damage, deal 1 damage to a random enemy."

Tournament Medic - Priest Hero Power
Silver Hand Regent - Paladin Hero Power
Flame Juggler - Mage Hero Power
I hope this is a trend Blizzard...

Pretty solid 2 drop. It is playable against rush decks. A tool to stop damage.

yeah aha hm, but nice artwork and well, solid 2 drop in arena!
