This expansion will be a success. Some cards will rise to the top, some won't, but Blizzard will make a ton of cash and we will all be trying to get our collections in order. It's a success if for no other reason than the fact that there is so much talk and excitement about the new expansion.
Hmm.. I count 10 cards from Naxx that are played regularly (including Kel'thuzad, so that's generous).... being similarly generous I'd say 7-8 of BRM's cards are played "regularly". I don't think BRM was a failure. I think lots of people hate Grim Patron though ;)

If it's a flop I won't mind too much. I've seen enough cards already to justify getting at least a 50pk. I mean let's say it's an overall flop, it's still pretty clear that Shaman is getting some above average cards out the deal, so that's worth a certain amount right there. Also I think it's fair to say that we'll see at least 5-10 cards outside of Shaman worth playing. Then you have the "meh" cards which can still be shoehorned into some off meta decks and won't be too bad.

MarineKingHS, the voice of reason in a sea of over-sensationalizing mouth-breathers. The reality is that there are LOTS of cards in the EXPERT (that's right, kids, the original packs) that go entirely unused, even by the meta-breakers. With this in mind and knowing that Hearthstone as a game didn't flop, I think that it's safe to say that whether TGT flops will be completely based on perspective and not ground/game-breaking. Some cards will get used a lot, some a Goldilocks amount, some a little, and some not at all. That's the way the cookie crumbles; that's the way the porridge burns your mouth. Now stahpppppp....
......trying to make drama out of nothing. You guys just make for an uglier and fatter version of Days of Our Lives.
