Just pulled a golden Deathwing and wondering what to craft. I play mostly Druid, Mage, and Paladin, but I'm open to any class. I've narrowed it down to The Black Knight, Tirion Fordring orCenarius. I have Rag, Sylvannas, Dr. Boom, Alex, Leeroy, Foe Reaper, Trade Prince and Gazlowe. I'm leaning towards TBK although Tirion makes for some powerful decks.
The Black Knight is probably your best choice since you play 3 main classes. If you do the daily quest everyday (the class specific ones) then TBK is great as you can chuck it in most decks and get an easy 1 for 2 card trade. Also It feels great to destroy ironbark protectors and the like.
But if you lean more towards Druid or Palladin, or just aim to get one single really good deck, then aim for the class specific legendary. I think The Black Knight doesn't even count as a situational character because most of the time the opponent will get a good taunt up
my only mechs were; clockwork gnome (dies T2 lol) mechanical giant (only one) two annodized bear cubs (taunt doesnt work if you are trying to keep them alive) and that is all.
didnt really famcy my chances with that since i almost never get to keep any minions alive and having board control with three cards is still normally good enough to get you a win. Oh and does mimirons head count towards the mechs?(like does it get destroyed as soon as you have two mechs on board and mimrons head?
Yes it counts itself. (its reletive to how its contructed in WoW as a boss, Its the head, Mimiron builds legs and a torso section to attach it too...in this case you build those sections with two random mechs)
"Behind my Eyelids are islands of violence. My mind's shipwrecked, this is the only land my mind could find. I did not know it was such a violent island. Full of tidal waves, suicidal crazed lions. They're trying to eat me, blood running down their chin and i know that i can fight or i can let the lion win. I begin to assemble what weapons i can find. 'Cause sometimes to stay alive you gotta kill your mind."
i have just enough dust to craft black knight, id have to give up my edwin. so i was wondering if he was worth it? If so, which decks does he work in best?
Hi guys, seeing as NA is down to maintenance, I might as well get some more knowledge about Hearthstone. I recently reached 1600 dust and I'm wondering which legendary to craft.
I feel like I have a good portion of the essential ones like Boom and Sylvanas, but I'm missing a lot of the tech cards. Legendaries I'm interested in crafting are Harrison Jones, The Black Knight, Tirion Fordring, and Baron Geddon. I only play control, and I have a passable CW that could be augmented with an addition of Harrison and Geddon. I also play handlock, priest, and druid. I'm hoping to play paladin but I haven't given it a try because I'm missing Tirion, both musters, and both quartermasters. Archetypes I'm not interested in playing are face hunter, shaman, and rogue. (shaman and rogue seem more tempo/burst and that doesn't suit my play style, if control archetypes for hunter, shaman, and rogue become viable, I would definitely give them a try).
What do you guys suggest my crafting order to be? I prefer not to DE legendaries because they may later become viable, but I've DE'd blatantly terrible ones like The Beast and Illidan.
If you play warlock then mal'ganis is quite valuable. If there are any demon taunts (voidwalker) then he is great as your opponent will need to work their way through buffed taunt demons, then mal'ganis and then finally can go on to attack the face (does immunity stop things like AoE and hero powers as well?)

Mal'Ganis makes your hero immune... not your board. His strong in a demonlock deck. Otherwise he's a bad card. I would not suggest someone to craft it over staple neutral legendaries (Sylvannas, Boom, Ragnaros, Alexstrasza) before having them.

what I meant was that if you had two voidwalkers then they become 3/5's and since they have taunt your opponent has trouble killing them (especially while you have 8/8 draed infernals pelting damage at the face)

This implies you get off Mal'Ganis on a filled board with demons... which is treating this card as a win-more oriented one. It's a unique card... but I do not recommend crafting it over strong neutral ones... I've got Mal'Ganis and I'm not even tempted to add him into my handlock deck nor to make a demonlock just to play him. He's too weak in this actual meta.

I don't recommend crafting him either but I was originally talking about overlimit's predicament about opening a mal'ganis from a pack. In his case it seems he plays warlock anyway (mention of Jaraxxus) so I was speculating a win scenario with voidcallers.
I suggest making the Black Knight because he seems to work in any type of deck. He is very useful because he clears guys like ancient of war without a sweat. Cenarius is definitely not a top priority when it comes to a selection between those 3. Tirion is awesome if you play paladin the most but if you play them equally get black knight
I think in the current meta, the classic legs are a bit different in priority: cairne, tbk and harrison should be tier 2, and velen in tier 3 switching places with deathwing
The Black Knight is a tier 1 and should always be a tier 1 because taunts are always annoying(especially annoy-o-tron) but all the other changes make plenty of sense. In fact i think tirion should be a tier 1 replacing harrison

These are the main legendaries I'm missing now... I'm going to craft 2-3 of them... what do you think is the best order and top 3
I'm leaning towards this, the only class I don't like to play is rogue.
1. Al'Akir
2. Sneed's
3. Troggzor
Missing
-------------
Leeroy
Cairne
Ysera
Edwin VanCleef
Malygos
Al'Akir
King Mukla
Velen
Captain Greenskin
Sneed's Old Shredder
Troggzor the Earthinator
Iron Juggernaut
Bolvar Fordragon
Gazlowe
Toshley

Cool thread.

Wow this would be really useful if every legendary i get wasn't either king krush or hemet nesingwary.
I'll keep it in mind.
Im not sure King krush should be in Golden only tho, If you're up to turn 9 as a hunter, you're probably doing it wrong so i value Krush a lot less.

Here's a list of the ones I have already: Alexstrasza, Lord Jaraxxus, Grommash Hellscream, Ragnaros the Firelord, Archmage Antonidas, Dr. Boom,Gahz'rilla, Neptulon, Sylvanas Windrunner, Bolvar Fordragon (golden), Captain Greenskin, Hemet Nesingwary, Bloodmage Thalnos, and all Naxx legendaries.

Hello all!
I was deciding between crafting either The Black Knight or Ragnaros the Firelord
The top two classes I enjoy playing are priest and hunter. I'm trying to get into druid for the first time. Thanks!
I think you're better off getting the black knight. tech legends are really good to craft early on IMO
Hey guys,
I need a sugestion or two. I mostly play control Paladin and pretty often Druid, Shaman and Hunter.
Have dust for an orange and I'm not sure which one would bring the best value. I'm thinking Alexstrasza or Sneed's Old Shredder but I'm also missing Ysera and Cairne Bloodhoof. As a novelty I'm considering Tinkmaster Overspark
Thanks for the tips!
