I like it! Wild Pyromancer + Circle of Healing definitely comes to mind but even without such a combo I think this would be great to play on turn 4, especially if you have board control already. Here is hoping that priest gets more playability with the expansion.
On another perspective, A 6 mana 5/5 body + heal for 2. Kinda likes shieldmaiden with lesser heal but targetable. And a 5/5 body is not something to scoff of at 6 mana.
And oh wow, it can trade with Dr boom next turn. That sounds good
I'm a priest only player and i got legend a couple times with the class.
Really like this card. It's very similar to Auchenai Soulpriest, you use your hero power to gain +2 damage but you can't split the damage, like auchenai does. However, this card has the potential to grow in the late game and make some crazy Wild Pyromancer + Circle of Healing turns.
Priest lacks a decent turn 4 play, you usually play something + buff on 4. You almost always save the Auchenai Soulpriest for Circle of Healing / Vol'jin, usually you don't play her on curve. This card can kill Sludge Belcher and is also a threat.
This card has a great advantage over Auchenai Soulpriest vs Hunter/Aggro decks on curve. Not op, but certainly decent.
Definitely agree.
I mostly play priest as well and I have Auchenai Soulpriest as a staple in most my decks however it is never played on turn 4 unless I'm in trouble. I think that is where people are getting confused, they are comparing it to Auchenai however in reality they are played on different turns the majority of the time, so I don't think you can compare them really.
To me this card feels like a big threat. Where Auchenai you save it in your hand till you can do immediate damage (CoH + hero power +light of the naaru), this feels like something you throw out of turn 4 as a threat that they have to clear or face the consequences next turn (because by which point you are likely to have damaged minions or health that you can heal and buff this).
Exactly the sort of mid-game threat priest needed to carry it into late-game (or just end the game outright if your opponent can't deal with it immediately).
And in arena, this thing is absolutely absurd. If you don't have silence or removal you're going to get steamrolled hard. And it's a common, which means you'll be seeing a lot of them.
priest alrdy have 5/5 4 mana card and u dont need to heal anybody. 3/5 4 mana light warden is just weak imo, specially where there are cards like light of the naaru which are also barely used.
Have you ever heard of silence? Also, lightwarden is used A LOT (light of the naaru).
Pretty good because you can't leave this on board. Wild Pyro + 2 1 mana spell like Shield + 2 Circle can be an OTK as early as turn 5. I think it's good enough to compete the 4 mana slot with Auchenai.
This is what priest needs. One day priests will be able to make a deck that is only value minions and no spells if blizzard keeps giving us minions like this. Who would have thought?

Oh... Scared Warrior is so scary that it scarred me!

I love scrubs
Well, we now get a playable lightspawn.. quite in time for the value-oriented patch.
"The light shall burn you!" - heals face.
another "only in arena" card -__-
Lightspawn really?
I love scrubs

Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.

I Designed A Card This Week
Looks like Hearthpwn changed it to 'Gain +1 Attack' on its front page.
I cant read taiwanese but in the original showen text there was a 2.
Heal opponent's face to buff it to a 5/5. Sounds like a plan.
'Characters' includes minions.
Yeah I saw it at +1 too. If it is +2 it will probably see play. +1 would be resigned to the Arena.
Correct. If it only referred to the player heroes, it would say "hero." "Characters" refers to everything.
I'm pretty excited for this card. See a lot of combo potential with Circle of Healing.
Frontpage updated its definetely +2 and character so you can even heal your enemy to kill of a belcher for example.
The more I think about this card the more I think that this is the strongest card showen so far, juged on the current Meta.
Fits curve, hard to remove, can trade with most 4 drops like shredder favoured, has combo value, can trade with enemys 5-6 drop, so flexible.
Wild Pyromancer + Spell + Circle of Healing. It wont be consistent, but will be fun.
