It synergizes well with other inspire texted cards, which is nice. It has to. In general, using hero power twice a turn is not a good thing. Too much tempo loss. I doubt it will be an auto-include in Face Hunter because for this to get a full value, you have to wait until turn 6. A 2/3 body on turn 2 or turn 4 is pretty weak for Face Hunter and Face Hunter probably want to seal the game by turn 6.
At least it passes vanilla test. However, it does nothing the turn its played and has no stickiness. So i say this will not see much play in facehunter (what would u cut for this?) most existing 2 drops are propably better.
However maybe this will see some play in decks that combo around Hero powers (which i still dont see just because the meta is way to fast for spamming hero power and so far no good cards vs aggro where shown.
i agree that the meta is too fast, but we can't know what the meta will look like after this expansion. We have only seen less than 1/6th of the cards so far. With so many cards in this expansion focusing on the hero power it may force the meta to slow down a bit.
Without seeing all the cards it is hard to say for sure but this card looks pretty bad in constructed. You can't get any value playing it on curve and can only utilize the effect on turn 6 which would be a very weak turn 6 play aside from maiden of the lake shenanigans.
looks like a good card for deck designers who are looking for a must remove neutral 2 drop. If its drawn late it can be played on turn 6 with two hero power activations. Solid for arena too. This will see constructed play, but it might be pushed out because of the adapting meta, as the season progresses.

Even if you don't play it, you can get pretty big value out of it, simply because it can drop from a Piloted Shredder.
Another avid rogue player here, and one that is always trying to innovate new types of Rogue decks. I have to agree that the Inspire mechanic in general just kind of seems to screw over Rogue just from the core. The only good thing from Inspire I see is trying to curve out: a 2 mana inspire on turn 4 with hero power or similar situation on turn 3 etc etc, but for just punching things for 1 (or 2 damage) over and over as a win condition sounds problematic.
This card seems to have 0 purpose in just about ANY kind of rogue. FeelsBadMan. My only hope is that either the Rogue cards or other neutral cards we haven't yet will serve Rogue some good. I belieffffff.
Something i just realized, when rogue or druid will get to use their hero power twice in one turn, is that gona mean, that they will be able to attack twice in one turn too? If so, that might make for some crazy plays (even with blingtron for druid for ex.) or like hero power > buff weapon > attack > flurry > hero power > buff > attack > flurry for rogue :) If not, then it suck ass for those two, but mainly for rogue.
WEll Rogue is getting a new weapon that when you use your hero power it bubuffs the weapon instead so mimiracle /inspire rogue should work not to mention dagger buff attack blade flurry dagger again it just looks useless at first but in time it'll find a place somewhere in some kinda rogue im sure

I really don't wanna sound agressive, but... You aren't really a Rogue player, are you?
no idont play rogue all the time but i do see SOME things you could do with the cards being released remember theres more cards to be seen and i already listed some possible uses while ill give you they are not as good as some of the other thins that could be done with just that card it doesnt mean the cards dead to rogues as a whole just give it time people will try around stuff and find out cool new things so dont be bummed

The new Rogue weapon is really bad and will never see play. you need to heropower 3 times for it to be better then Assassins Blade, which is not even played athe moment. So you pay 10 mana (4 and 3 heropowers) for it to be better than assassins blade. That is why Rogue will never hav an inspire deck.

I can understand that but MAYBE they will reveal some better rogue friendly cards I think what they were aiming for was a slower version of miracle rogue maybe beats the warlock legendary though 6 mana 4/4 whos effect is purely luck based lol
Correct me if I'm wrong. The text is: "You can use your HP twice on your turn." not " You can use your HP 1 more time on your turn" So this mean if you have 2 Garrion Commander on your board. It is still " ... use your HP twice on your turn."

Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.

First Justiciar Trueheart and then this card.... (althrough it was backwards): As a Priest i am happy; and my Auchenai Soulpriest too ^^

Screw that, so rogue has to use a card slot and pay 4 for this to be usefull while the other classes get it for free?
why don't you just oil twice the first time? you're spending an extra 2 mana and a flurry just to do 1 more dam the second time?

Yeah because every card should be used by every class?
I do not detect any sarcasm in your statement. Not a single bit.

Oh i can tell this is going to be used in face hunters deck -.-
Facehunter combo?
That's right, running double in face hunter decks, maybe in most hunter decks.

so 4 mana worth of your next turn can be taken up by doing something inefficient.
