Hate me but I don't think this card is as effective as people think. Although it may feel rewarding when RNGsus smiles as you, it lacks so much consistency its ridiculous. Besides, to get value off of it you will want to use it along low cost cards like hunter's mark and arcane shot, which will most likely be spent in the early game, or to pick down high hp targets.
Hmm, i think you are kind of over-valuing some hunter cards.
In addition, although I agree that this card can be a very nice draw engine, it is still a combo card and requires actual draw cards to be in your deck. Therefore, beast-related cards are not very useful and draw cards become more useful.

Tracking
I highly disagree with your thoughts on Tracking. Tracking is a top tier card in a control deck. Most of the cards i put in the Below Average catagory really should have been called useless and average should have been below average. Otherwise i stand by my list. Keep in mind these cards should be reviewed from the perspective of a control deck.
I've been trying Miracle Hunter out, and I did try this in a game I was going to lose. Yes. The affect stacks. You do get double cards from using a spell. Don't know if that means for the state of the game, but it is a thing.

What if i play 2 Lock Stock N 2 Smokn barrels in the same turn, will i get double the cards after using spells? Mind blown (Kappa)

How is this card working especially with the inclusion of Explorer's Hat?
