Here me out! Imp Master produces its own imps, while Implosion shares (visually) identical imp tokens to Gangboss... It's more a demand for flavor than anything. (So if you disagree, that is understandable)
In in case you didn't notice, the imps technically ARE unique from each other, although the difference is very slight.
(They have different watermarks)
Although I agree that the Imps summoned from imp gang boss should be somewhat unique, I find it confusing when their is too many different forms of artwork for the same creature. (Such as the imps summoned from implosion being different from the imps summoned from imp master). What do you think?
Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't impact the game that they are the same. Though it would be nice, seeing as they are, like you guys said, coded as two seperate tokens; So we could have Classic Imp tokens, GvG imps, and Blackrock imps. :)
EDIT: Here, I found all this Imp art Blizz owns thanks to the TCG; they could use any of this for it.
