Played Zephrys in wild and it didnt offered me a single weapong removal or a Remove 1 Durability from your opponent's weapon vs Spectral Cutlass rogue. But how?
I haven't used Zephrys for a while (I don't play wild) but the strategy was always to get your mana down to the correct cost to get the card you wanted. In this case I would assume you should have tried to be at 2 mana to get Acidic Swamp Ooze.
I have no idea if they've udated/changed his card pool or effect, but he used to only select from the cards at the time he was released.
It doesn't matter that you also got the chaplain. You have to get your mana down to narrow the choices. If you had 2 mana left it would give you the ooze. Another out was if you had 1 mana left so it would give you Bloodsail Corsair
Remember that Zeph doesn't see card text for cards on board.
He sees that your opponent has a 2/1 weapon equipped, that you have 4 mana open, you have 9 cards in hand (abd I assume he also sees some 2 toughness minion he wants to buff out of weapon range)
He doesn't see that the weapon your opponent has equipped will get more durability, and he wants to optimize your mana for the current turn
Zephyrs typically doesn't pay attention to what is on your opponent's board if there's more than one (unless Fishman in which case expect a Hungry Crab). He will also usually take however much mana you have left after you have played him. If you want Flare to remove a secret then the odds of him offering Flare will increase if you play him with 3 mana remaining. Weapon removal, 4 mana so you can ooze, et cetera.
Though yes, he often is rather dumb and doesn't take into account the cards in his pool that have been buffed.
Are all core cards in his pool? I wonder why some useless cards like the Kul Tiran Chaplain are so often offered?
Zephyrs can only ever offer the Class cards (from the OG 9 classes) and the 'Classic' set before it became Legacy. He also cannot offer anything with a return-to-hand effect (Brewmaster, Shadowstep, Vanish) anywhere in it's verbiage.
It would be kind of be nice if they updated his pool for the 2 new classes.

It offered me the Kultiran chaplain that also cost 2 mana as the ooze, + the ooze already existed when zephrys was released.
i always thought zephyr would be great if you could just choose the card you want when you play it but i guess it would be hard to implement for blizz

Wrong. That's only since they neutered him.
for Zephrys that's just a 2/1 weapon. all 3 options you got are better in his opinion than removing a 2/1 weapon.

that card was offered because the opponent had a 2 damage weapon and zephrys was on board with 2 health.
