A card that lets you take a quest reward shouldnt exist. Period. someone wants to play stupid steal cards crap, it should be random, not i get to look through your hand and choose. I remember thinking Chamelos was kind of annoying how much info it can give. Now, you can easily know your opponents entire hand.

yeah, but then also playing against a deck like quest priest is infuriating for a board based deck, so this is pretty much the only way you can beat them regularly, by stealing the quest reward.
I really thought quest players would have adapted to taking Kael'thas as one of their 8 drops though, as this circumvents this tactic. I played Quest priest a little bit, and I used kael'thas for this very reason. I have no idea why it didn't catch on.
I see your point though, and I'm not really a fan of Theo myself. At the same time though I feel with where the game is right now, cards like Theo are needed.
The only time I ever really used the card as well was in cases like this. I don't have it in most of my decks, but when it happens to be in a deck I'm playing, if I get the chance to yoink the quest reward and win the game, I'm going to take it.
1. I dont think quest priest is that bad at all. At lost has to be done to get the reward Then you have to play THEN you have to draw it.
2.Orginal quest mage is one of the stupidest pieces of $%(^ I've seen and even that doesnt mean cards like theo are good ideas. Beyond even the steal aspect, all these cards that look ar the opponents hand are ridiculous and make the entire game shittier as a whole.
Theo is garbage. Deathgrip was an acceptable card that was like 1 of 5 possibly gifts from lich. Parley stupid imo but once again at least its rng.
I think I've seen this argument every expansion for 6 years. 10 cost cards are supposed to be insane. You do know that as a Druid you can get turn 4 kills all day like about 15 other decks.
It's so extremely slow and has so many counters I wouldn't know where to begin.
So...no. If you want to play Maly, make your Maly deck better. Creep happens. Madame Lazul is now utterly power creeped and I'll never play it again, but I'm not gonna freak over its replacement.

Cards that let you win on the spot neither should exist. Period. But they do right? so were we draw the line? - Lets look effects like Quest Warlock provide. Is not a good deck neither a common deck to find but what happen when you complete the Quest and play the Tenzin? Oh, right, you win the game by spamming all the heavy self damage spells you how in hand and you can also Attack into your enemy minions with Jarraxus because is not just damage by effects in your turn but any kind of damage, you can also self-mill yourself in order to win the game.
Priest Quest? "i draw one card, i win" Mage Quest? "Now with all the face damage spells that dealt 3 or more damage i will combo you to hell with +2 spell damage min" - I am pretty sure all this effects Are imposible to dealt with for not-top tier aggresive decks. People that hate Theothar but dont want to admit that the top dogs are very similar cards in terms of design ALWAYS said "you should play a different deck, this other deck that you dont like to play works well against my card"
Well...why u guys dont play a different deck? Go and play DH and imp-lock until you get bored. You will atleast have a positive winrate against Theotar.

Hard disagree.

No, you won't. You will be constantly beaten by decks that play Theotar.
It's precisely because of cards like Sire Denathrius that Theotar, the Mad Duke was printed, so there's an even bigger reason to hate him.
I love you Dreadsteed, I will never disenchant you!
